Great product, not for my gelding
Itâs a great product, the gelding I bought it for isnât really a fan infact, heâs scared of itð it honestly tastes and smells pretty good. My mare approves. Itâs a pretty good deal to get a holder and refill for $20

Always a win
Stall toys are always a good thing! This has held up to my horse biting it and scratching it across the wall. Lol!

My horse is hateful, but I can’t fault the product
I’ve recently moved my very herd bound horse to another farm and from field to stall board so I bought this to try and ease her pain 🙂 It was a devil to get out of it’s shrink wrap packaging, and to get the flavor part out of it’s plastic. I bought a ring clip and hung it from her stall window with a piece of baling twine. She ignores it. It smells lovely and I’m not above admitting I took a lick myself before I hung it (don’t judge me, it smelled really good) – tasted a lot like a sour apple sweet tart. When she ignored this one, I used the same holder and tried the peppermint refill as she is a peppermint fiend. She still wanted nothing to do with it. Chewing the wall of the stall is apparently much more fun. Maybe they will come out with a wood flavor. I’ve seen other horses go crazy over these and as I can vouch for it smelling (and tasting) yummy, I can only conclude this is yet another example of my horse’s hatefulness and that this is a fine product. I would like them to change the wrapping around the flavor block though so I didn’t need 15 minutes, a knife, and a strong reserve to ignore my horse’s laughter while trying to get the darn thing out.

Swap Out the Lick Until Using much Healthier Ingredients
I bought this to make my own treat inside .There are Recipes online using much healthier ingredients .I bought the peppermint flavor one to test it and both my horses loved it . The one horse learned to bite into it pretty quickly especially not being housed inside the holder and hung properly so I removed it immediatelyand tied it onto a homemade horse toy using 3 recycled gallon vinegar plastic jugs hung by a natural jute rope . It was a big hit especially when tying it in front of where they are tied to stand .My only gripe is the ingredients used are very nasty I understand the need for preservatives but why the artificial flavor and FDC Yellow dye 5 and FDC blue 2 ? This stuff causes cancer from my understanding .Come on Horsemanâs Pride You can do better for our Equine friends .

My horses love them

Broke after one day
I really like the idea of this treat holder and previously had one that lasted me several years. Unfortunately, this one broke less than 24 hours after hanging it. I feel that I may have gotten a defective one.

My horse won’t touch it
The product does what it’s supposed to do and is sturdy enough. My horse has zero interest in it.

Cannot recommend!
NOT RETURNABLE!So if your horses donât like it, youâre stuck with it! I bought for a horse on stall rest, she is food driven but she had no interest in it. I next tried it with a different horse, same reaction, I understand every horse is different but I wouldnât waste my money on this item. Iâll try to contact the manufacturer.

This is a very well made stall treat, the horses love it and they haven’t destroyed it yet! They think it’s pretty delicious and cuts down on their boredom through the winter

Good, sturdy and hanging in my horse’s stall. Was a bit disappointed there was no cord / cable to hang it with.
