Good Basic Starter Kit
I was actually surprised when I opened up this kit. It is nicer than I anticipated. It has all the tools a new rider needs to care for their horse. They arenât high end, natural bristle brushes, but they are adequate. A new horse person typically doesnât need a $30 brush. The bristles are the same material on both the âhard brushâ and the âsoft brushâ. I think they should label the photo differently. The longer bristles on what the manufacturer is calling the hard brush might actually make that brush a little softer because the longer length of the bristles will flex more than the short ones on the one they are calling the soft brush, making it feel softer. I was afraid the rubber curry would be a childâs size, but it is not. It fits my hand generously. Iâm not sure how long the plastic braiding comb will hold up. I you have the mane completely combed out it will probably be ok, but with its long thin tines, it wonât take a lot of force to break one if you catch a snarl. The sweat scrapper has a nice flex to the blade to follow contours of the body and not be hard over joints and bones, to get as much water out of your horseâs coat as possible after a bath. I especially like the tote that is included. It is a great way to keep all of your tools together. It is generous in size. Plenty of room for these tools plus a bottle of fly spray and coat conditioner. I love that it is made out of mesh. Not only will it allow airflow so your bathing tools dry, but it also allows dust and dirt to fall through and not build up in the bottom. The bright pink is fun and very appealing to young girls, heck even old ones! I think this would make an excellent gift for a young horse owner or even for yourself to refresh your current basic tools. For the current price it is a great value. To buy each tool and the tote individually would be a lot more.

Really cute grooming set…
This kit is nicer than I anticipated. It has all the grooming tools that I need for my mares. They are really great quality and the brushes have nice smooth natural bristles. The bristles are the same material on both brushes. Each tool fits my hand perfectly. I spent the day grooming my percheron draft and I managed to get her good and groomed from head to toe. Her mane is nice and combed out and her feathers. They are very durable and the handles on each grooming tool is made of a nice solid plastic. They will last for a long time. The sweat scraper has a nice flex to the blade to follow contours of her body to get water off of my horse when she sweats and when she is washed.It comes in a nice tote bag. It’s large enough for the tools and even some of my products to groom her with. It is a great way to keep all of my tools together. It’s very spacious.In sum, this is a very handy set and it has all that I need for my girls grooming session. It is very valuable and I will definitely be buying another set for my daughter. I know that she would love the color because its really cute and hot pink is her favorite color. I will highly recommend this set. It is perfect for at home and traveling with your horses.

Remove the metal spiral curry!
Definitely a beginners set- great for any little one just starting out in the equestrian world without breaking the bank. Love the huge variety of brushes and combs! Excellent set for learning the specific purpose or area of use of each piece.CAUTION: the metal curry combs are too sharp for little ones and should be used with extreme caution over sensitive skin and bony areas.

Really nice horse grooming set! These grooming tools are the type youâd buy at the tack store so thatâs great. The brush is hard plastic and the same type weâd buy at the store and happy with just that part of the whole kit! Hoping it all stays durable and works well. Happy with the grooming kit!

GREAT little beginner grooming kit
This TERPUP horse grooming kit is absolutely perfect for a beginner equestrian. I showed it to my neighbor who has a little girl who has started riding and theyâre contemplating getting their own horse. My neighbor asked me where I got this GREAT little grooming kit. The quality of the tools is pretty nice. Theyâre lightweight, but I think theyâre perfect for a beginner equestrian. Itâs absolutely worth the money as Iâm confident the included tools will last a long time.

Love the mesh bag!
Summary:I chose this product to keep on my horse trailer so that I have one less thing to pack when taking the horses somewhere new to ride. I like the fun pink color and that it has just about everything you would need to groom your horse. At first, I wasn’t too crazy about the mesh bag, but honestly, it will make the bag easier to clean and it will dry a lot faster. I just wonder how durable the mesh will be, but only time will tell. There is no difference in stiffness between the hard and the soft brushes. The only difference in these brushes is that one has shorter bristles. The rubber curry comb is a bit larger than the usual ones you buy that look like this, which is nice.Pros:- Complete kit- Mesh bag to hold everything- Mesh bag is easy to clean- Rubber curry comb is a nice sizeCons:- The soft brush is not softStar Removal Reasons:One star was removed because there was absolutely no difference between the hard and soft brush, except for the bristle length. The soft brush was definitely not soft.
