Customers say
Customers find the cat tree easy to assemble and consider it great value for money, particularly noting it’s suitable for baby kittens. However, the stability and durability receive mixed reviews – while some find it sturdy for smaller cats, others report it topples over easily and breaks apart. Moreover, the size is problematic, with customers noting the resting areas are too small and it’s not suitable for larger cats. The quality and design also get mixed feedback, with some finding it nice while others describe it as horrible.

My kitty love this
I couldn’t even keep my 10 week old kitten off of it while I was putting it together. He loves the attached ball and it keeps him busy for long stretches of time. He uses every bit of it and even enjoys the little scratcher attached. It’s very easy to put together although I did use the wrong screw initially but watched the video someone posted and that was a big help too. it comes with all the screws and an alanwrench (sp?). I think it’s very well priced, attractive and doesn’t take up much room. We’re about to get another kitten as well and with the lower hammock and upper bed, I think it’s going to be a great tree to enjoy together. Love this and highly recommend.

Definitely for kittens or smaller cats under 9 pounds
Very easy to put together, should be sturdy enough for my 3 month old kitten but definitely not sturdy enough for my adult 13 pound cat if she gets on top perch. The height of the sisal post is perfect for my adult cat to stand up and stretch while she scratches and she loves the bristle arch so she can still play. Thankfully I have a much larger and sturdier cat tower with a hammock for her to sleep in when she gets tired of her bottom hanging out of this one. Overall pleased especially with the quality for the price. But definitely not suitable for medium to large cats (9 pounds and up) if you want it to last

Small size and NOT stable!
Sadly, I didn’t read the reviews or even the questions on this. I should have. Though the measurements match my old hammock (this one is very similar and has a top piece my older one doesn’t), it’s significantly smaller than my older one. I’m now shopping for something new. And not only because of the size, but because neither of my cats will ever use the top part. Why? Because if they hop up there, it at minimum shakes, making them weary of it. At worst, it has nearly toppled over. One is now avoiding even the hammock part because it nearly toppled over on him trying to jump up in the top part. My smaller cat is the one this happened to, and he isn’t that big. So unless you intend on using it for kittens/adolescents, then probably don’t get this. It’s possible putting it against a wall might help, but that’s not where I need it to be. I’m very disappointed and will probably donate this to our shelter.

Great deal for the right price
Not much to say. This is your standard quality cat tree on Amazon. Easy to assemble and the cats love it. As far as quality goes, not the best made product but lives up to standard wear and tear. Heavy cats might end up breaking this. Kittens destroyed the dangling ball. I definitely got this on some sale here. The sale price makes it definitely worth it, a little less worth it for normal price.

Great for 1 cat. Especially in front of a window

REALLY NOT SAFE! CATS CAN TIP IT OVER
I’ve had this thing a couple months. Tonight my cats tipped it over, and they are not big heavy cats. I don’t know what they weigh, but they are a breed that usually weighs 8 lbs. or less as adults, and these 2 are only 6 months old. I didn’t see what happened, just heard a terrific crash as the cat tree tipped over. It fell in such a way that the little nest that’s at the top of the taller pole was what had hit the ground, so I think both cats got into the nest and that tipped the thing over. Now that I look carefully I see that the pole with the nest is supported from a point way off in the corner of the base, and the nest itself sticks out beyond where the edge of the base is, so I can see now that the structure is unstable. This little cat tree isn’t all that heavy, but it fell with a tremendous crash. I think if a kitty had been under it, it would have been badly hurt. So I am removing the nest permanently,Other than that: The thing’s decent looking and the cats like it. They really do use the scratching posts, the hammock and the nest. Both posts supporting structures are wobbly, though, no matter how much I twist them to try to tighten up their connection to the base. You know, this cat tree is inexpensive and I didn’t expect a gorgeous long-lasting item. But why sell something wobbly and dangerous? I don’t get it. Are the makers SO FREAKING STUPID they don’t recognize that the nest supported by a wobbly post destabilizes the whole structure? Do they NOT FREAKING CARE whether somebody’s cat gets its neck broken when the structure tips over on top of it? Are they CAT HATERS? Are they OXY ADDICTS? I don’t get it.
