Parakeets love this food.
The birds love this food. The packages are just the right size for 2 birds to last 3-4 weeks. The parakeeets are healthy and happy on this food.

Very good parakeet seed: part of a good diet for parakeets
Our 7 year-old parakeet thrives on this mix. We add a good pinch of Kaytee Food From The Wild Natural Snack Food Treats For Pet Birds which she definitely looks forward to in addition to fresh parsley, lettuce, spinach and fruit. These birds need a good mixed diet for long life.

Healthy food for parakeets/budgies
Healthy with no artificial coloring. My budgie is the longest lived Iâve had (10) and I partly attribute that to this feed. He loves it and has vibrant plumage with this. He gets occasional fruit pieces and sometimes liquid vitamins in water too

My birds refuse any other food!
1 of the bags came torn at the seam by the bottom corner of the package causing aome grain to seep into the packaging but it wasnt much and was still fresh. I’m in Jamaica so not worth the hassle of trying to exchange it so I just started with that bag.

The parrotlets love this seed.
They actually eat it, which is good. We used to buy at our great pet store in St.Pete but hurricane Helene relocated us out in the country where it isn’t available, but so glad Amazon sells it. What a blessing. And decent price too.

Great seed for your budgie
Technically, you’re not supposed to feed Budgerigars/Parakeets seed as a primary diet, but this seed is probably the best you can use. I made the mistake of addicting my bird to seed which has caused health problems, so now I use this brand with medicine mixed in and so far he is thriving. This appears to be extreme quality and very good seed.

Iâve been using this seed for many years and my budgie really likes it. No unnecessary stuff that he wonât eat. No complaints !
