Smaller size than pictured, repackaged poorly
The brush i received was smaller than shown in the ad photos. It’s very small. No where in the ad does it give item dimensions only package dimensions so you can’t tell the actual item size. But, in the photos it is 9 rows of bristles wide. I received 3 rows less. On the pin side, lengthwise photos show 4+ more rows of pins than what I got.And for all I know, whoever the seller is may have put an extra small brush in a small/medium package be used the manufacturer packaging had been previously opened, torn apart and badly taped back together and sent to me partial still opened. Bad experience all the way around!!

Good Quality Brush
Brush is as described by seller. It has a nice rubber grip which is comfortable in my average sized hand and will work well for people with smaller hands too. I never used a double sided brush before, but it didn’t take long before I appreciated not having to put down one brush to pick up another and whenever I hit a snag it was easy to rake it out with the pin side and then smooth it over with the brush side.My dog is a big baby who has a thick undercoat and hates being groomed. I found I could work areas with the pin side and switch to the brush whenever he had enough. By doing this I could more than double the time he’d sit still for being groomed with the other brushes I’ve tried.The brush is well made, comfortable and sized to be easy to get into small areas around the ears and neck. It works well and is tolerated well by my picky dog, so yours is likely to love it.

Great for when my long-haired Keeshond blows his coat!
This is a well-made 2 in 1 brush. I ordered it for the pin brush side to brush out the undercoat of my Keeshond, but have used the other bristles side too for my other 4 short-haired dogs.We have a few pin brushes and slicker brushes for the Kees. Personally, I like a pin brush for when he blows his coat, which can last 2-3 weeks. I like to keep one in the living room so I can brush him while I watch late-night TV and my teenage son keeps one in his bedroom to brush him too when the dogs come to snuggle up with him.This one has a comfortable handle with a soft, gel grip…. so much better than the wooden ones, especially when you have to use it for a long time. It doesn’t seem to pull the Keeshond’s hair, and it does a fantastic job of getting his dog wool out of his hair; I’ll get a whole grocery bag full of wool in 1 brush sitting!The short-haired dogs like a little brushing too! Especially their bellies!! My Boxer, Pitbull, Chihuahua, and 120-lb supermutt all approve! ðI would definitely recommend this brush. It’s a great value for what you get… a good quality brush, or two.
