    Does Not Disappoint!
Works great! I have a golden retriever and this brush makes his hair look so fluffy and gets out any leaf bits that may be stuck from rolling around on the ground. Easiest brush to clean out, too.

    Great pet brush!
We have used this brush a few times now, it is great! It pulls the majority of our pups excess fur and she likes to be brushed with it! Love the way it rejects the fur after brushing. Just push the handle button, the brushes splines retract leaving the clump of fur to be tossed in the trash. So easy!

    Great deshedding brush
Easy to useDidn’t know my long haired cat, who honestly would rather get a bath than fully groom herself, would prefer this brush over even food or attention. It seems durable so far, easy to use and clean, and doesn’t hurt your hand to hold. The cats definitely love it, and it gets their loose fur off easily. It also doesn’t scratch their skin or leave red marks while brushing, and doesn’t pull out fur that isn’t loose either, so over brushing doesn’t seem to be an issue.Even on my other long haired cat who only wants a hand to pet her or a bath, it gets tangles out easy without causing her any pain, and she tolerates it better than any other brush or comb tried, even coming to the brush and laying down. Not sure why this works so well for ornery cats, but it definitely makes it a lot easier

    Works well on dogs too
Works really well to remove the excess hair from my lab. The brush is easy to clean after use. I would recommend this brush for keeping your dog brushed.

    Overall best slicker brush!
This is my favorite dog and cat brush. I have a variety of different brushes but this one is my favorite. It’s lightweight, feels comfortable to hold and use it, durable, inexpensive, easy to remove hair/fur due to the push of a button that retracts the bristles, and soft feeling on skin (but still gets down to the skin) due to plastic tipped bristles. I bought the small brush for delicate skin since I have 2 cats and 1 dog who all have some type of skin/coat issue. I’ll use this to trim my dogs paws since it requires a slicker brush, and overall grooming for my cats and dog.

Short haired pets really need the sensitive skin version!
We have a Yorkie mix and in the summer we keep his hair short since it’s so hot but keep some length on his tail. When I received this we opened it up to test. The push button feature to clean the hair seems to work perfectly BUT the bristles on the standard brush are INCREDIBLY scratchy. My dog backed away a bit after running this down his back and I don’t use much pressure since his hair is pretty short. I ran this down my arm and it actually hurts..a bit like little needles scraping your skin. We’re going to return this and try the sensitive brush which has the coated tips on its bristles and see if that works better! Crossing our fingers because we don’t really need a deshedding tool since his hair is more ‘human like’ and there’s not really a thick undercoat. Great concept and probably perfect for thicker coats but just didn’t work for our fur baby.

    Makes Cats Love You
So my family has 4 cats, 2 of them long haired. The boy cat, Shadow, and my dad have been thick as thieves. My dad uses a cart as a walker and Shadow will ride it around with dad, watch TV with him, snuggle with him, etc. He was the son my dad never had. Shadow has always treated me like a booty call. In the day time in front of others? Couldn’t care less about me. But 3am when he wants snuggles? Slides into my room like, “Hey you up?” just to get some pets and then leave me again. Typical boy.Only problem was Shadow’s fur was getting matted. Dad insisted he had the best brush on the market, but the mats spoke for themselves. He tried other methods but Shadow wasn’t a fan of those either. We tried a lion cut but he looked so sad afterwards that I will never do that to my baby again. So I did a little Google research and, after seeing some reviews, I tried this one. It’s cheap, looked easy to clean, so why not give it a shot? It’s been less than a week and already Shadow has forsaken dad for me. Just the first time I tried it he was a big, black fluffball purring happily away. In just a few days I’ve gone from side chick for snuggles to having him simp. Honestly embarrassing for him. Now any time he feels like he needs a brushing he comes up to me and meows until I give into his demands. Or comes over and puts his head in my hands. Then he just purrs and purrs as I brush him. If I stop, he insists I keep going with aggravated meows. He wants nothing to do with dad now; only brushing. Morning, middle of the day, middle of the night… time is irrelevant to him. He even gets mad if the other cats come around or dare to use HIS brush, even though they love it just as much. All my cats turn into puddles of purrs after just a few brushes. All of their coats are looking shiny and fabulous, though the increase of them catching paws with each other to get brush time has been a bit much.Other than that, I’m happy because the brush is so simple to use and easy to hold onto. Cleaning this brush of fur and dandruff is so much easier to do than normal brushes. My dad has used ones specifically for mats but I’ve had better success with this one thus far. It makes my short hair cats happy. It can tackle mats on my long hair cats. The cats are obsessed with this brush to the point of abandoning their bonded humans. Only real downside thus far is that I’m going to need to get another one for my dad so his feline son returns to him.So if you want to take good care of your cats coat and can handle them fighting over you, then this brush is great. 5 paws out of 5.

i have used furminators, slickers, cat combs etc, one of my cats still gets fur matted with garden greenery stuck in fur resulting more matting. Normally I have to get small shaver to try and shave the matted area out. I tried this dematting comb on a small area and this works. No distress to cat and no shaving required. Brilliant, only wish I had found this earlier. I’m now excited waiting for the next matted bit to pop up.

Bought this for my big fluffy kitty who had accumulated hair matts and 2 of which were causing her discomfort, one on her left side was massive and I feared I had to go to the vet to get her trimmed up, but after 3 sittings (about 10 mins or less each) after the first one I was able to get a enormous amount of excess fur and quite a few smaller Matts, gave her time to relax, after about 2 hours she came back in the room and sat next to me (almost like she wanted me to do it more) so I worked on the few bit bigger ones and her fur in general, went very smoothly, and let her be for a few more hours. After that she came in a 3rd time and I used the dematter side with alot of prongs to work around her big Matt slowly until her fur was beginning to get thinner, and also worked slowly around the big Matt. After 8 or so minutes of combing around with the finer end I could actually see the hair coming off slowly, releasing the pressure from the hair pulling on her skin, and she basically let me work in a circle until the hair became loose enough. Albeit there was a few moments of discomfort, over all it took little to no time to clean her up entirely and she’s feeling ALOT better and lighter! All thanks to this nifty little brush. I would HIGHLY recommend if you have cats OR dogs with matting issues, just remember, to take your time! Would make a good stocking stuffer for pet owners forsure!
