Why did you pick this product vs others?:First let me explain ….when this started I would of gave 2 stars. Prompt shipping and the bulb did work! Thats just it though….it DID work. I had the bulb on for about 30 mins and it blew out! I was so upset! Especially after paying what I did for it and it just blew? Not a happy camper.BUT ….when reaching out it was handled instantly without any hesitation. And I mean instantly. They had a replacement shipped to me with in time at all, with a snap of the fingers. And this was done before even returning the bulb yet!!! I did wait for the replacement to arrive to be sure it worked, because if not I’d be returning both and wanting a refund. Once it arrived I turned it on and it stayed on till I turned it off. It was functional and did what it was suppose to for my chameleon. I promptly returned the broken bulb. For this I give 5 stars ð. I dont think the situation could of been handled any more efficiently.  Update: went to turn lights on following morning and bulb is working again. Idk what is going on with this but that shouldn’t be happening !!!

Bought mine on 6/18/2025. Got it the next day and put it in. Today, 9/27/2025, it’s dead. Worked great while it lasted but just sharing. It seems to last 3 months? Debating about buying a second one to see if it also lasts 3 months as well….

This product is great heat. My bearded dragon loves it about 105+ so we use this alot. Functionality is wonderful. It’s very durable. It lasts about 6months.
