    The Best Flea Comb
The best flea comb out there. The teeth are sturdy and set close enough together that fleas can’t pass through. After trying a half dozen others, this is the only one we use. Highly recommended!

Best flea comb EVER! Seriously, you will NOT regret this purchase! BUY IT!
This is my second purchase bc that’s how effective this comb truly is! I just had to purchase another one! I love the comfortability of the comb handle & is easy to maneuver! I can get all the angles without any problem! What really sold me on this comb is how easily it picks up fleas of all shapes & sizes, eggs, & debris! It is soooo satisfying to see the amount of fleas you’ve just caught as they’re trapped between the teeth of the comb! I would recommend this product to anyone!Tip: To quickly kill & dispose of all the fleas you are entrapping in the comb during use, to avoid having all of those fleas that you’ve just collected wiggle their way out of the teeth & back on to your pet, the easiest way to get rid of them is to grab yourself a cup & fill it up with water & then add 2 squirts of dish washing liquid to the water. With each swipe of the comb, you’ll want to quickly submerge the entire teeth of the comb into the water concoction. This is so if the flea(s) do happen to escape, you won’t have to worry about them jumping out of your grasp & back on you, your pet, or having them roaming about in your home. Instead, they’ll be trapped in the water & can’t jump out or swim when they’re submerged. To get the remaining flea(s) out of the comb when they are submerged in the water (some flea(s) will jump out on their own but since they’re in the water, all they do is just sink to the bottom & eventually die), you can use a tooth pick, a safety pin, or even the fine point end of a plastic floss pick to swipe out the fleas that are still gripped/stuck in between the teeth of the comb. Once you’ve rid all of the fleas from the comb, remove the comb from the cup of water & take a paper towel to thoroughly dry the comb & the teeth off in between each use. Repeat this process until you’re done de-fleaing your pet! All of the fleas you’ve collected in the cup will eventually suffocate from drowning & you’ll see majority of the dead fleas will have fallen to the bottom of the cup. Dump the flea carcasses/water concoction outside & voila! Your pet is now de-flea’d, you’ve found an easy way to remove the fleas from the comb without them escaping, & it’s a hassle free clean up when disposing of the flea bodies! :DPicture included as an example to show you how many fleas are captured & how I use this method to get rid of the after math!Hope this helps!

If you even think there’s a chance you’ll need this, get it.
I like just about everything about this comb. TLDR: effective, easy to use, dog loves it, mom zones using it, only downside is the horizontal nature of it can be awkward in some areas, like the neck if he’s laying a certain way, but that alone is not a deal breaker bc this bad boy works!!Actual backstory and a few tips.…4yr old Carolina Dog who is living his best life at the beach got fleas for the first time this Monday (today is Thursday). I didn’t know what steps to take so I went to google and winged it. I gave him a Dawn bath that morning, but he was scratching again within a couple of hours. Since that didn’t do the trick 100%, I took him to PetSmart Grooming so they could do their magic. I thought between the two baths we had knocked these suckers out! Tuesday he slept hard all day which for him is unusual. He’s a we must go outside and walk the entire town and see all our favorite friends again today mom kinda dog. Wednesday he woke me up heavily grooming which was frustrating, but I remembered I ordered this comb so I pulled it out.The package didn’t give any directions and Amazon didn’t have any either. I wasn’t sure if he was supposed to be wet, dry or even what direction to run it. After some research I found out to do this DRY and in the SAME direction the hair grows. A fantastic tip was to have a bowl of water with soap in it by you to dip the comb in when you pull a Demon or any eggs out, and a paper towel to wipe/dry the comb. Get comfy and gently glide the comb though the pups hair in the direction it naturally lays. Keep a close eye on the comb though bc these suckers will just appear and sometimes they wiggle around or jump off. Gross…I know but we are talking about fleas here. You may also see tiny black specks…not sure if this is dirt or eggs but I went with eggs and dipped my comb into the Dawn water and whipped it super clean with the paper towel each time!Verdict – Dawn bath is an amazing DIY option. Just know it isn’t great for their skin so don’t overdo it. PetSmart is also a good option. That cost me about $70, but I added a deep conditioner since that bath was also harsh on his skin. He does not ever need a haircut so this is just for the bath and conditioner. Ears/nails are also included. Finally, this comb is a must have for getting the stragglers and their nasty spawn. I’ve been combing him for about 20 minutes 3 or 4 times a day, and each time I am finding less and less. I think we are just about in the clear now, but had I just stuck with the two baths my poor guy would still be miserable. Now he’s just a zen pup who is loving being combed. It’s seriously so relaxing for both of us. Weird…I know. Anyway this was supposed to be short but hopefully you get the point and will just get the comb already! Good luck!

Works smoothly with longer handle for ease.
Closely spaced teeth, rounded at ends, easy grip handle for maneuverability. I have used such flea combs on young small kittens or puppies with success. With a dog with a double coat, not sure how effective it is. He is a flea magnet! Using spot-on flea prevention monthly plus additional vet- advised temporary spray every 2 weeks when he scratches compulsively, have treated property outside and home. Just bad flea season!

Got Rid of Cat Fleas Fast
Our landlord decided to sell our house and the realestate agents that walked through dropped off fleas. We tried drops, but those didn’t work. Using the flea comb, I was able to comb my cats and rid them of their flea issues after a few weeks. I combed them daily and vacuumed every other day for a few weeks and now the fleas are gone. The flea comb combs off the eggs, larvae, and the fleas themselves. I had to drown the fleas in soapy water to kill them, but it did the trick. It’s sturdy and one of my cats loved the flea comb, the other one hates being groomed no matter what. He tolerated the comb long enough for me to rid him of fleas thankfully. Many months later and we are still flea free, no outbreaks not even a flea egg. Cheaper than drops and not toxic like drops, but works better than flea drops!

    Cat and dog flea comb
Comb gets fleas out of the animal’s fur. But, keep in mind, the fleas are still alive. Dip the comb into a container of alcohol on every stroke of the comb. Otherwise, the fleas will escape and lay lots and lots of eggs.

Ergonomic handle makes combing fur easy. Teeth are tight so easy to see any pests or dirt combed out of fur.I use it on my cat and my dogs!

This comb is perfect for gently combing my medium-haired and short-haired cats’ faces and tails. It also lets me check for any skin issues on their bodies.
