RUNS SMALL
Ordered these for my 8 year old daughter. They are cute and the quality is fine but they are tiny. They barely fit her. I order the size for age 8 – 10. Size up for sure.

I actually got these for myself, not a child, as I have smaller hands and was hoping they would fit! I used the size chart to measure and ordered accordingly. They are nice and snug, but do fit! Theyre comfortable and the velcro is strong and keeps them from moving around. The color is bright and pretty! The grips are subtle but sticky, not overly aggressive. The design on them is cute too as a bonus. Theyre lightweight and cool, I wouldn’t recommend personally for winter if thats what you’re looking for, but i think that depends on personal preference and location. These overall work well, fit well, and feel like they’ll hold up nicely.

My boys recently started horseback riding lessons, so I am gearing up where I can. They vary in ages from 6 to nearly 10 years old. I ordered this at the larger size as I figured it is better to be too big than too small, and they can always grow into it.I first tried these on myself and they were too short and quite tight. This was as expected but had they fit me, I was looking forward to ordering them in pink as well. I then tried them on the 8-year-old. They were barely wide enough for his hands but he is on the thicker side. However, the fingers were way too long. Then I put them on the boy that turns 10 in three months and they fit like a glove. He has a more slender build and the fingers were the perfect length. However, my kids are not unusually tall, so I do not know if this will work until he is 12 if they are perfect at 9-years-old, and given they were too snug on the other, I’d say they run small or more like skinny fit.Overall, I’m pleased with the quality. They are very cute and add some fun. They are well stitched and I see no issues. I like how the grip is where it should be and they have nice horseshoes. Nice product if they fit well.
