Why need to wait the first heating completely finish to use the steam cleaner?
Because it can spray steam when it is not sufficiently heating, but it will be mixed with water when using. After a short time use, it is normal that the handheld steam cleaner can not heat because the internal temperature is reach to 138 ℃, at this time the temperature control will be protected. If there is no temperature control and infinite heating, the machine will burn internal components because of high temperature.
Why you can not open the cap after use?
That is because the temperature of the residual steam indide the tank is still too high. Please:
1.Unplug first
2. Invert the steam cleaner, then keep pressing down to fully release the steam.
3. Open the lid and add water into the steam cleaner.
Why do we need to twist the lid around after each use?
Leaving it for a long time may cause the lid difficult to open. So please loosen the cap by one turn after each use.

This is a good one!
Works great and includes a bunch of attachments. Cleaned the sliding door track first and it looks brand new now. Mold and mildew just melt away! Plenty of power and heats up fast!

Easy and shiny.
I was surprised at how well this portable steam cleaner works. The steam comes out with good power and helps to remove grease and dirt on various surfaces of the house. The noise level is acceptable, it does not bother too much. The tank is not very large, but it is enough to clean 8 to 10 minutes in a row, enough for quick tasks. The design is modern and comfortable to handle, although being made of plastic it feels a bit light. So far I can feel it quite strong and the accessories help to make better use of the steam. In general, the steam output is constant and delivers on its promise, ideal for quick and detailed cleanings.

It is compact and heats up quickly. I was able to clean my bathroom with just one cup full, per the instructions. I really liked the glass attachment as my mirrors and glass windows were the super streak free. Everywhere Iâve used it is still sparkling days later. I took off one star because as the water lowers the steam pressure reduces too quickly and the brushes are not the greatest, but they give you a few so itâs still pretty good.

First off, the setup was super straightforward. I love that it heats up quickly, so I can get started on my cleaning almost immediately. Me llegó un modelo diferente al de la publicación, el vapor no es caliente como pensaba, para una mejor limpieza, al ser mi primer limpiador a vapor desconozco si todos funcionan igual, pero espera más.
