I found a cool video on YouTube that gave great instructions regarding initial calibration, and I had high hopes to use the last of my distilled water to calibrate this Ph tester for gauging the acidity of some new wine fermentations.Alas the tester was DOA. No ability to power up proved by the inability of the spare batteries to make it work as well.

Easy to use and accurate
I had been reluctant to get a ph tester for my hydroponic Gardyn because I knew it had to be calibrated. So, I had been using test strips. This device is nicely packaged, has a cute carrying case for the ph and ec meters and comes with extra batteries.It was incredibly easy to calibrate and use. Love it. Cute cases too.

Itâs okay for the price
I like the fact that it comes with the pH buffer solution so I can calibrate myself, not sure if I did something wrong but they stopped working super quick, not sure if it is 100% water resistant. It is early to read and adjust

Got these to test the Ph and EC levels of the nutrient solution in my hydroponics systems and they are currently doing great. The product is really handy to keep the Ph and EC levels steady in my nutrient solution and the multiple readings can be taken in a row which is really handy. The Ph tester even comes with different packages of Ph buffer solution so that’s really handy as well. My plants in my hydroponics system are doing great right now thanks to this product. Overall really like the product.
