I picked up these hay feeder bags for my guinea pigs and theyâve been a cute and practical addition to the cage. The pink strawberry design is adorable and adds a little bit of fun color. The bags are a good size and hold plenty of hay for a dayâs feeding.They hang easily on the cage with the straps and stay in place without sagging too much. My guinea pigs go right up to them and pull hay through the openings, which helps cut down on waste since less hay ends up trampled on the floor. The material feels sturdy and is easy to wipe clean if it gets messy.One thing to note is that very determined chewers might nibble on the fabric over time, but so far mine have held up well. Having two in a pack is great because I can rotate them or keep one as a backup. Overall these hay feeders are both functional and cute, and Iâd recommend them for small pets like guinea pigs, rabbits, or bunnies.

This is a review for the Glittme 2 Pack Guinea Pig Hay Feeder, 11.5×9 Inch Hay Bag for Rabbits, Hanging Hay Holder for Guinea Pigs Cage Hay Feeder for Bunny, Small Pets,Green Mushroom.Using hay bags for horses really helps cut down on hay waste and mess, and these smaller bags are great for tiny hay-eaters. My rabbit niece uses one hay bag, and my guinea pig buddies use the other bag. They all figured out the bags very quickly, and there is definitely less loose hay mess compared to their wire hay racks. The design is colorful and cute. I don’t think the guinea pigs or rabbit care, but I get enjoyment out of the fun pattern. The bags are made of durable fabric, and look built to last a while. The clips are lightweight, which works great for not weighing down and warping the sides of the cage. The clips are fine for their intended purpose, which is holding hay, so they don’t have to be heavy-duty.I gave the hay bags four stars because the hook-and-loop (velcro) top closure is not the best choice of material for hay. Little pieces of chaff get caught in the hooks, and if they’re not brushed out reguarly, it does affect the ability to effectively close the bag. Something like Omni-tape might work better.Please use caution and supervision when introducing these bags to your pet. These critters are prone to chewing on anything, and I caught one piggy trying to taste-test the edge of the opening. Because of this behavior, we only use the hay bags while our animals are under supervision, so that nobody destroys a bag or gets a potentially fatal impaction. When they are alone, they only use their metal hay-racks.I hope you and your pets enjoy your new hay bags!

My favorite hay bags so far!
This has all the pros of other hay bags I like (double opening, strong velcro, durable fabric, sits slimly against the enclosure wall) but also at a more petite size! I have a wooden hay container that is huge, and a hay bag that is also just way too big. The reasoning is that I use hay boxes for primary use for my guinea piggies, but since they soil the hay when munching and pottying on it all day, I want some uncontaminated hay available as well. This fits the bill, but isn’t too large and bulky. It’s the perfect size and it doesn’t take up so much of the wall that I’m concerned about it disrupting the cross ventilation. I just place it on a grid that lets it sit right at their eye level. It works with both horizontal and vertical grid enclosures as you can see in my photos. Yay! Thank you 🙂

Perfect Hay Feeder!
I’m really happy with the Glittme 2 Pack Hay Feeder! It’s perfect for my rabbit’s cage, with high-quality, washable fabric and sturdy stitching. The hooks attach securely to the cage, and my bunny can easily pull out the hay. It’s great at containing the mess, and I love that it holds a decent amount of hay. Definitely recommend for rabbit parents looking for a mess-free solution! My only wish is that it came in more colors, but overall, it’s a great product!

Perfect Fit Hay Feeder for Happy Piggies
This hay feeder has a great design that clips securely to the side of our guinea pig cage, making it easy to install and remove for cleaning. The size is just rightânot too big to take up space, but large enough to hold plenty of hay so our guinea pigs have fresh food throughout the day. The materials feel sturdy and well made, and it looks like it will hold up well over time.
