My quail love it!
My quail love it! I bought this bag because I wanted to get a few treats for the little Coturnix quail I have at home. They just go gaga for those worms! There are big old dried grasshoppers in here that they donât really care for but the great majority of the bugs are those mealworm looking things and they love those! Because my quail or small the seems like a crazy amount of bugs for the price but I donât know if I would feel the same way if I had like five chickens. In any case my birds love it and I would absolutely buy it again!

Chickens love it
I am always looking for a treat for my chickens and this fits the bill. I don’t give them a whole lot, as I read you are not supposed to. And for the cost I don’t want to go through it too fast. But, whenever I give my chickens this treat, that is the first thing they go for. I can tell they love it. There are not just those worms in the mix, but it looks like some crickets of some sort, as well. So, it has a little extra for your buck.

Chicken staple
My chickens LOVE this mix. When I say they wait every single day for this I mean it. They will bawk and stand by the bin until it is served. The bag is resealable but we keep ours in an airtight bin as well to keep bugs out.

PREPARE YOURSELF FOR LARGE CRICKETS
So I grabbed this for wild bird feeding knowing the temperatures were going to drop into the teens and single digits over the weekend and I wanted a little something extra for the birds I feed besides just plain mealworms. While I can definitely attest they were a HUGE hit with the birds, I wasnt prepared for the full sized freeze dried crickets! Again, not saying it wasnt popular with my feathered friends, but I dont want anyone else to be caught off guard! =)

YUMMY in their TUMMY
I cannot speak to the flavor but my chickens seem to love them! Whereas they have an odor, it’s nothing near as bad as some of the other competitors. It’s a nice size bag for the value and you get a variety of different insects for your birds to enjoy. The bag is sturdy and has a reliable zipper for reseal. I’ll be purchasing these for my hens going forward.

I’ve now purchased this over 20x.
My turtles luv this & I’ve now purchased over 20x. I luv the amount u get for the price but there used to be alot of crickets & grasshoppers in it & there are barely any anymore. Y is that? And u can’t ask Fluckers because apparently this is sold & shipped by Amazon. And these really know way to ask them about this product unless I go to the contact us part & talk with an associate but then they still won’t know the answer. So Amazon where did all the whole crickets & grasshoppers go?!? I mean my turtles luv the fly larvae & the mealworms as well but the crickets & grasshoppers were their favorite, that’s what makes this bag stand out from the others. And if ur lucky enough to get a cpl of those now in the bag they are usually jus pieces of them now & very far & few between. Not even a whole grasshopper or cricket. So what happened? And if I wanted jus mealworms & fly larvae then I can get a bigger bag or as big of a bag with jus those for cheaper. Let’s be honest the grasshoppers & crickets are what’s making this bag so costly. So where are they? Oh & found a small piece of hard plastic in my last bag. That could’ve hurt my turtles if they had swallowed that. About 5 bags ago this would’ve been 5â but now ur only getting 3 â from me. Do better.
