Great alternative to the more expensive Zoo Med bulbs
I purchased this for two heating lamps I have in my Eastern box turtle’s habit enclosure. They are great and I replace them about every 6 months or so. I make sure not to touch the bulbs with my fingers when I replace them to preserve their longevity. My turtle loves them and they keep her warm. These are just like the Zoo Med bulbs but cheaper.

Works good for my bearded dragon
These bulbs work great in my bearded dragons enclosure. So far no issues. They are a great price too.

extremely sturdy
This bulb attracted me because I went through several others due to splashing in my turtle aquarium from the filter. It advertised itself as splash proof. Basking bulbs and uva/uvb bulbs are more expensive than the average bulb, thus going through them in a day due to an accidental splash is unsustainable. So far I am very pleased with the bulb.

Very short life
First bulb only worked for less than 250 hrs. Definitely not anywhere close to what it is advertised. We will see how the second bulb will do.

Save $$ & stop buying these in Pet stores!
I love these bulbs for many reasons. The 1st reason is that they’re SO inexpensive.2nd, they work just as well as the zilla exoterra and zoomed bulbs! I can’t get over the fact that you get so many bulbs for so little money.Save yourself some dough, these are top shelf bulbs.

Excellent in my leopard gecko tank
Provides the heat my leopard gecko needs in his tank!

Worth it for the cost, minor imperfections
Lasted for less than a month in my heat lamp, and for any buying this for reptiles, do not get this one! Red lights are not good for gecko/lizard’s eyes, so go for a clear type instead! Altogether, they’re a good size, as to be expected. They generate enough heat for a 10 gal tank but nothing more. They work fine, but altogether due to the short lifespan and lack of heat given off, this is a 3 star review for me.
