You have to buy this!! It’s Great
Great UV Light Filter!! I do have to clean it more often than I thought I would have to, but that’s from me overfeeding the fish but this keeps my aquarium looking pristine!! The suction is so powerful, when the baby pest snails get on the side of it, it pulls them in, and their shells stay on the side lol there are only pest snails though my Nitrile and my Mystery Snail are fine with it. And my snails are huge so I don’t think it would bother them. Most of the time, I leave it on 24/7. I love this VU Light Filter.

Like many, my product reviews tend to happen when Iâm dissatisfied with something. I rarely write positive reviews because stuff is just supposed to work. But this filter has been a game changer. We have a 35gal tank with large goldfish (for the kids) and from day one we were getting large algae blooms. Iâd do water changes, clean the tank, tried tank chemicals, all to no avail. I bought this UV filter and put it into the tank, running it 24 hours a day, and within 5 days the tank was clear. I dropped it down to 12 hours and still maintained clarity, so then dropped it to 6 hours and a month in, itâs working like a charm. Well worth the price!

Material Bubbling up on outside
Iâve had this for 30 days and on the outside of it itâs bubbling up really bad. Iâm concerned as itâs inside my fresh water fish tank. The return window is only 30 days but I would even be fine with trying again with a replacement but no way to contact

Not long lasting
Worked for a month. Then didn’t. Left unplugged for a week. Then worked for a couple weeks. Now does not.Update:The seller reached out and we worked something out where I decided to give the product another try. It was nice to see they stand behind the product. The intermittent working leads me to believe it’s a minor issue. Adding 2 stars for service and will update after a couple more months of testing another one. Stuff like this you give the product another shot.

Worked good for about 5 months till it wouldnât turn back on after shutting it off to change the water like we do monthly. The company reached out and sent me a new filter wonderful company!
