I’m a retired RN who does provide some routine care for my family on small items. My equipment was destroyed in the fires in Altadena, California, and I must be able to continue to care when needed. I need quality equipment for precise work when assisting family. These tools provide the best of quality and were my first choice for quality. Try it, it’s that good.

Not good, do not buy.
This wouldn’t cut through curlex at all, just folds it over in between the blades. Not sure what scissors all the good reviewers received, but it wasn’t what I got. I purchased these to replace an old set of sewing scissors that fold up – the cheapest 25¢ scissors you get in a convenience store sewing kit – because they don’t have a safety tip on them. But you know what they do really well? Cut gauze. These are not worth the purchase, do not buy. Not even worth my time to return. They went in the trash with my last dressing change.
