Get feel-good results and harness the power of flowers with Equisect Fly Repellent! With fly control made with botanicals, you can enjoy peace of mind the next time you take the fight to pesky insects around your stable and home. Equisect Fly Repellent gets the job done by leveraging Mother Nature’s secret weapon: PyGanic – an insecticide and repellent derived from chrysanthemum flowers. This plant-based fly spray can be your effective solution for multiple challenges. You can use Equisect Fly Repellent to provide protection for your horses, stables and even your cats and dogs all in one convenient bottle. The spray kills five types of flies (stable, horse, deer, house and horn), mosquitoes, gnats and ticks. Better yet, the water-based formula is alcohol free and gets the job done without irritating sensitive skin. The spray is non-oily and will not attract dust and dirt. The only thing Equisect Fly Repellent leaves behind is the therapeutic, herbal scent from the essential oils of citronella, clove stem and corn mint. Give your horse, dog or cat relief from flies you can feel good about.

Customers say

Customers find the fly repellent effective at keeping insects away from horses, dogs, and cats, and appreciate that it’s non-toxic to mammals. The product has a pleasant scent and lasts most of the day, though some report it doesn’t last very long. The bottle durability and leakage are significant concerns, with multiple customers reporting that it breaks easily and leaks. While some customers consider it good value for money, others find it expensive.

    Works great!
I got this product because it didn’t have a lot of chemicals in it that would be harmful to animals. I use it on my dogs, all of which have flies that like to gather in different places on their bodies. It works really well. They usually get swarms of flies on their ears and back, but with the spray on, they usually have none. Sometimes a couple flies will brave it, but so much better than before. Plus, it smells better than any chemical spray would. The bottle is also nice and the spray nozzle works well. I’ve had to respray every few hours, but worth it for how it keeps flies off.

    Works for dogs
Works great in my dog. Flies were all over her especially her ears. Sprayed this and now they’re all gone and when they land on her, they fly right off

    Very happy horse!
So i’ve been using this for about 3 months know and I think I have a pretty solid review!Pros: Drives flies away instantly! One of the best smelling fly sprays out there.Isn’t sticky like many others I have tried. My horse has severe sensitive skin and she has had no problem with me using this on her! HUGE 10/10Cons: Only lasts for 3-4 hours which is fine for a trail ride but a bit frustrating when I can’t trust it for overnight use.You have to use a decent amount in one area to get the full effect, so you are not saving any money if you are thinking of switching from other brands. My horses eye got a little swollen i’m not sure if it’s from this spray or from for dust but would just like to put that out there. All in all i’d buy this again solely because my horse has sensitive skin and she has had 0 problems with this brand so i’m willing to spend the extra 2$ for something i know is safer for her.

packaging was absurd, no cushioning around spray nozzle, so naturally it arrived broken and leaking.
smells ok, not terribly offensive better than what I expected. value is good compared to similar products. no clue if it works, can’t really tell, so maybe, maybe not.my issue was the packaging. it arrived with some plastic air pockets in the box but on one side of the thing, solely there to fill a gap in the box. a box has 4 sides y’all, and there was nothing actually wrapped around the spray nozzle to protect it, so naturally the thing was banged up pretty bad since 3 other sides of the box didn’t have any protection. pics of the nozzle head attached. of course the nozzle didn’t work at all, and of course there was leakage too so some lost product (and I didn’t get to reuse the wet smelly box.)I had a spare spray bottle to transfer the contents to, but it’s not a cheap sprayer (the empty bottle cost about as much as this product itself) and it sprays so much out no matter how I tune the nozzle that just coating a small area resulted in a LOT of product being used up. going to have to find a cheaper spray bottle before I actually bother to use any more of this stuff. maybe THEN I can actually see how well it works…

    It works!
This is my fourth order. Living in south Florida means I need to use a fly spray pretty much all year long! For some reason, my horse doesn’t object to this one. I have a feeling that the original brand I used (which is no longer available for his region which might explain a lot ….) either bothered his skin or he didn’t like the smell. This one he has no problem with. I don’t believe any product is going to completely eradicate flies, but this certainly cuts down on how many tend to be bothering him on a regular basis. I spray it on his bedding as well right after his stall is cleaned. I know I’m not supposed to put this directly on his face so I spray some on his nylon halter and try to keep the halter on him all the time. It does seem to keep the flies off his face. (He refuses to keep on a fly mask – he is able to take off any fly mask in less than five minutes. I give up!).
