Customers say
Customers find the fly repellent effective, working better than other sprays and being particularly suitable for horses who dislike face spraying. The product is easy to apply and customers consider it a good quality product. The roll-on feature receives mixed feedback – while some customers find it easy to use, others report that the roller ball won’t move. Skin protection and longevity also get mixed reviews, with some customers finding it great for faces while others report it’s hard on horses’ faces, and some saying it lasts longer while others say it doesn’t last long. Value for money is another mixed aspect, with some customers finding the price reasonable while others consider it overpriced.

Great fly repellent
We have lots of flies this year so I have been using this to protect my horses eyes. Iâm sure she appreciates it. Easy to use, very effective, and it does not irritate.

Use on horse neck/around ears
We use this whenever on trailride or trot sets in the woods. Stays on much longer and works better than the fly spray.

Horrible roller – decent fly product
The roller on this absolutely sucks. It doesn’t roll or work at all. I end up having to shake the bottle and squeezing it VERY hard while pressing into my hand so I can dispense some of it, then use my hand to slather it all on the horses face and ears. Annoying. I’d rather just have an actual squeeze tube. But the actual gel fly repellent inside works pretty well and doesn’t seem to run when my horse buddy sweats, so safe above the eyes. Significantly less head tossing/shaking during my rides in the summer. Seems comparable to SWAT but easier to spread due to being a gel, and less sticky/greasy feeling. I can’t comment on if it actually lasts 7 days as I don’t own my own horse. I just use this for my weekly lesson rides and one-off lease rides. I pair this with their spray version for the body and can visibly see the flies and gnats vacate the area when I apply it. Also smells pretty pleasant compared to some products that make me feel like I’m gassing us all in the barn with something noxious. So, good product, horrible container/delivery mechanism. Make this come in a squeeze tube, in a larger size, and it’d be perfect.

Effective Product/Roller ball won’t roll
I have used this product before and found it effective on my horse. The bottle I received is a disappointment as the roller ball won’t move. I can move it with my finger to get it wet but it stays stuck unless you manually push it. It is frustrating so I finally have given up. If you happen to get a bottle that the roller ball moves, it is a good product. I have found it helpful in the past at shows when your horse cannot wear a fly bonnet, or if you have a horse you are riding at home that doesn’t care for a fly bonnet.

Effective enough for spring time flies.
I apply twice a week for my dogs ears, and it seems to be working fairly well. No bite sores on his ears so far in 2 weeks use. He doesn’t seem to mind the application, especially when treats are nearby. The smell is actually pleasant, I enjoy it. It’s kind of woody and floral. My dog doesn’t mind the smell either. The roller ball doesn’t work at all haha. I actually roll the ball onto my hand and squeeze the product out into my palm so I can apply it on my dog. I don’t mind doing this because before this product, I was using PINE TAR on my dog’s ears, and that stuff is nearly impossible to get off your hands. This washes off easily.I will be repurchasing. We’ll see if I need to increase the application for summertime flies.

go to four sensitive areas, particularly the face
I highly recommend this product. Iâve been using it for my Dutch warm blood around his face, and it has really helped with his summer sores and has prevented us from having to get eye medication from the veterinarian if used regularly.
