Not too big or small
This is my 3rd habitat purchase for my fur baby. This is my favorite thus far.It was very easy to assemble.Love the wheels.I’m not crazy about the top because it didn’t come with clips to secure it.The pull out tray at the bottom is great.I chose to cover the 2 base platforms that allow excrement to pass to the tray because the holes are awkward and I was afraid my critter could harm a paw.Also, the ladder positioning is resricted to 2 locations and angle can’t be adjusted much.I do love the cage overall and my fur baby adjusted well to it.

Is this cage as you could choose a half inch gap for the wire or go bigger. I needed the half inch gap wire. There are no directions, just a picture of how it should be once assembled. I wish the bottom didnât have large holes in it. I bought this for my rats and their little feet fall through the bottom. I just got it today and have not transferred my rats to it yet.

Great for Cats
Plenty of room for a small litterbox. (Disposable litter boxes work great!). The bottom slats allow extra litter to fall down on pee pads below to make catching the falling litter easy to pick up. It is very stable for kitties. This is a great choice for anyone traveling with cats to hotels, other peoples homes or campsites. I decided to add a hanging cat bed to the top, some toys then attached auto feed/water despensers to the sides for a complete kitty travel condo.

Not for hamsters
Love the cage it was easy to put together . The bar slots are too big for a hamster . We put chicken wire around it for my sons hamsters. Other than that itâs a great cage
