Love this water dish! Super easy to clean and disinfect. Looks great in my terrarium for my corn snake. It’s definitely on the large side for her right now, but the large is perfect for an adult corn, and she’s definitely growing into it. Very heavy, I doubt your average 5′ snake could move this. It’d be too small for anything larger unless they’re not a soaking species. Great purchase.

Perfect water dish
The water bowl is sturdily constructed. It has a nice taper to the depts so animals can climb out easily. It is deep enough to hold quite a bit of water. I use it for dart frogs and they love it. IT is a bit of a pain to clean because it is so textured but that is the price you have to pay for something that looks more like stone than an artificial looking dish.

I got the xl and it’s way big enough for my ball python. It looks great, have had it since 2011. The problem I had with it is it’s too heavy. I wasn’t changing the water ever day because it was a pain to lift out of the enclosure, rinse and put back it. Heavy! I know it seems kind of silly, but for me, if it’s not simple, I won’t do it. I bough the zoo med corner model in xl and although it isn’t as pretty, it’s much much lighter and easier to change water every day. My bally I suppose could knock it around but I seriously doubt he could tip it over (he’s 4 feet long). Anyhow, my daughter now uses it as a worm holder outside. It has been outside as her muddy treasure holder for over 2 years. Haven’t lost any paint, maybe a little lighter on the inside but she throws it, puts mud and rocks in it, washes it with hand sanitizer and bubble mix⦠just has a ball. It’s held up VERY well. It’s just heavy for me.

Excellent value for the price; worth every penny
I love the large size of the bowl. It comfortably accommodates all three of my Woodhouse toads that tend to soak together in the same water bowl. I loved this bowl so much I bought a second one for my Cane Toads too. And it is so much cheaper versus buying it at a pet store. The bowl is very sturdy and durable; easy to clean. I love exo terra products and this one certainly did not disappoint.
