Holds filled syringes
I use this to hold my syringes that are pre-filled with hormones. It’s very sturdy and easy to use. I like that I can turn the “knob” to lock it, but still have pry open the latch. The latch doesn’t open too easily, which is a good safety measure, but I wouldn’t say it’s difficult for me to open, as an adult.

Looks cool but doesnât actually lock
It has a cool design but doesnât lock.I bought this for my medication for when I needed to travel for work. It comes with 2 âkeys.â However, you can just turn it to unlock it. It doesnât actually lock!I got to the airport and security needed to check my meds and they just turned it and opened it.Definitely not worth the money.

Field grade construction and solid design
The first thing you might wonder is “why does a small plastic box cost so much?” Allow me to explain. For starters, this is a heavy duty, waterproof, impact resistant, crush-proof plastic box that’s designed to take as much abuse as you can throw at it and still keep its contents safe and usable. It is literally designed to not just survive in extreme conditions but to function properly in extreme conditions over and over again. And it’s Made in America.Materials and construction quality are excellent. The hinges, latch, locking mechanism, and seal are all well designed and operate flawlessly. The simple but smart design incorporates useful features like reinforced ribbing for added case strength, molded loops for tethers and straps, and a small vent hole under the latch that prevents the case from sticking closed if it’s crushed and the air inside creates a vacuum effect. Little details like that are easy to overlook if you don’t know that they’re there or what they’re for.Speaking of easy to overlook, when you first use the rotating lock, you might be confused about why it doesn’t actually “lock” the case. In fact it does, but without instructions it’s easy to miss the double-lock feature. The external locking mechanism can be rotated 90 degrees without a key. However, once it’s in the “locked” position, inserting the key and turning it an additional 90 degrees clockwise engages a secondary internal lock which prevents the external locking mechanism from being being opened without the key. Again, easy to miss but once you’ve figured it out, very simple to use.Admittedly, not everyone needs a field grade or expedition quality storage case for their first aid kit. But if you do, or you just want a top quality Made in America storage case for your home or car, this case is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

Quality is good, but pricey for just a box. Size is good for car. I had already purchased when I realized it was empty – was cute upon arrival so decided to keep. Added some supplies and Iâm all set.

Incredible quality, thorough design
I love this first aid lock box. As an individual who takes a lot of vitamins and medications, this box is perfect for me and those like me who want to keep their medications away from their kids while on a family camping/kayaking/boating/etc trip. Itâs large enough to fit what youâll need in a week, along with other essentials (or to just use as a first aid box), and then itâs waterproof, lockable, and extra lockable.You can open/close it with your fingers, but then thereâs an extra setting where if itâs locked with the key it wonât unlock with your fingers (see video). This extra setting is awesome and a weight off of my mind. Genius!I highly highly recommend!
