AVOID this product! It’s junk and the vendor is not truthful.
If I could leave zero stars for this product I would! I ordered two units. One arrived with a cracked water container. The second unit simply DID NOTHING!! It did not cool despite using the ice packs in the water container. It blew warm air!! I returned both units as they arrived to me, in the same box. The vendor claimed that they did not receive both units and I was charged for one. It’s been TWO MONTHS trying to get this resolved. Amazon customer service blatantly told me I would not be charged for the unit. I WAS CHARGED. I called to have that refunded and told I would be refunded. I even have this communication via email. I WAS NOT REFUNDED. Now, Amazon is saying I will not be refunded due to the vendor disputing the charge as they did not receive the unit. The unit was in the same box as the one they said they received. They obviously did not process the return correctly!! It’s been nothing but difficulty dealing with this vendor and with Amazon on this return. This product does not perform as advertised and dealing with them has been deceitful and difficult. My advice is to AVOID this product and vendor!!!

Itâs a tower fan , there is no extra cooling from the ice
Itâs a fan with a very small water tank , I put in the ice packs and the air feels exactly the same as without it . Iâm not sure what theyâre talking about with this 7 hour run time , The little water tank stays full for about an hour . The fan blows decent air , but I thought it was feel as cool as AC , and itâs definitely annoying removing the ice packs over and over again when you want to use it . The water tank is about the size of two cigarette packs , youâll need some small hands for this .

Fan power is low and the ice cube holder gets stuck and does not fit well.

The unit had no power. At the highest speed it barely produced a breeze. It would never cool off a room. I am not sure why this unit cost so much as it really is an inferior product. I was highly disappointed and returned it
