Multiple uses (play, cake decor, diorama)
My middle son is such an imaginative kid and he loves playing with toy animals and people and recreating life events. I always try to get him a variety of animals and people, and I was glad to see this set offered because it honestly has such a variety of animals you wouldnât typically find in a set. The meerkat, monkey, and squirrel were big hits. These animals were painted well, theyâre cute and durable. They would work nice on a cake for a child that wanted a zoo or animal birthday. They are a great size for that and for play.

Cute Animal Figurines
3This is a cute little set of plastic animal figurines that should be fine for an age range of 2+. I gave them to my 18 month old, and I’m a little worried he’ll try to put some of the round ones, like the hedgehog, into his mouth. They’re not made from cheapo lightweight plastic, but the coloring isn’t as detailed as what I have seen from other animal figurines sold on Amazon. The set does come with a lot of animals to play with, so they’re a decent value for the money. Regarding playability, my child enjoys playing with them while making cute animal sounds.

These were a great addition to some kids party favor/gift bags we put together. A large variety of cute animals, very colorful and fun for the kiddos. Overall got great responses from the recipients and I highly recommend!

These animal figurines are pretty good quality. They are mostly the same size which makes it nice if you are using them as cake decorations. The paint job is actually nice. For $16.99 you get 16 figurines which I think is a steal, considering this quality of figurine usually goes for $10 a piece at craft stores. They look nice displayed on a shelf, dress, etc.

Awesome Set! Cool Animals, Sturdy Quality, Wide Variety
This is a great set with a lot of different adorable sturdy little animals kids will love. They have wonderful detailing and can be used for pretend play, but also as mentioned, as cake toppers which would be fun too! I ordered them for a kids treasure hunt party, and one of the parts of the treasure hunt involved unearthing little toy prizes in a sandbox, so I used these animals for that, and the kids were delighted to find them. Several of the kids were imagining that the animals were in a jungle exploring, and they also learned a lot because they didn’t know much about these types of wild animals like they do about pets. You get a wide variety and they’re good quality. Not too tiny either. I would definitely recommend!

Animal Figurines With Personality!
I love the variety and unique design of these critters. So many animal figurines show the creatures in neutral, boring poses. But here you have angry hissing snakes, proud trumpeting elephants, and a lemur who looks genuinely curious to explore. There is a lot of charm in these designs. Less impressive is the inconsistent paint quality. Some, like the stalking fox and cautious deer, are painted with careful detail. But others, like the surprisingly smug looking ape, just seem… messy. They are still better painted than other, cheaper collections of animal figures to be sure. But the difference stands out. Thankfully, there is a very strong quantity-for-cost value. At approximately $1 per animal, there is still far more good than bad about this collection.

Good mix of animals, good quality
I really appreciate that this set of animals has some unique animals you don’t normally find, like hedgehogs, red pandas and squirrels. The animals are cute and well made quality. The animals vary pretty widely in scale, as the makers decided to make them all about the same size, instead of making an elephant bigger than a toucan, for example. Overall, I don’t mind the sizing, but it’s something to be aware of.The value is pretty good here; maybe the price could be a little lower, but it’s not bad for what you get. It’s fun for kids to play with, but also works as a cake topper.
