Overall, Cleans well, and leaves coat soft and smooth
I just received this today and washed my German Shepherd who only gets occasional baths (he doesnât need them often). The shampoo we use on our beagle doesnât work as well for the GSD. This works well. It is super easy to apply with the elongated dispensing tip, and gets into the undercoat. It lathers well, and rinses clean. It does seem to condition also, as when he dried his coat was shiny and and smooth. Not greasy or any residue. I washed him in our garden tub with a hand held shower head if that helps to understand the technique I used. The scent wasnât strong, which was nice – he doesnât smell like perfume. Iâm not sure I like the scent it does have, but itâs so mild unless you stick your nose in his fur itâs not too noticeable- and I have a fairly strong sniffer. All in all, I will buy this again. Even used it on thr beagle and it worked well on his fur and skin. He needs baths more often due to skin allergies – so itâs nice to have an option that is all in one so every bath isnât a full production.

Makes bathtime SO EASY! Smells divine!
I got this stuff this a.m. and immediately “washed” my greyhound! He smells so fresh and clean and bonus: I washed him while he was lying down!!! He’s a tripod, so tub’s are tricky but this stuff is perfect!!! He immediately had to go visit EVERYONE to show them how good he smelled!!! I love this stuff and will definitely purchase again!

GSD-Mix Hot Spot Miracle
Amazing. I have a German Shepherd mix dog that sheds a ton and has super sensitive skin in the summer (also part Husky). I got this no rinse shampoo and have been using it along with a deshedding brush. He isnât crazy itchy-scratching anymore. His coat is shiny, fresh smelling, and his skin looked soooooo much healthier in a few days. This shampoo is amazing for a no rinse tidy up and as a great in-between deep cleaning baths.

Great Shampoo – Just not a great Detangler
I bought this to use on my faily curly Goldendoodle. The smell out of the bottle is a bit strong, but after bathing and washing it out, it leaves a nice rosewater scent. It washes out clean with minimal suds even though with lathing a good amount of suds. I left the product on an additional 4 minutes hoping the additional time would leave my dog’s coat nice and tangled free since it is marketed as a 3 in 1 product. After towel drying, I found this wasn’t the case and in the end wound up applying a Detangler Spray. It did leave my dog soft. I would buy this again, along with the additional Detangler Spay.

I have been grooming my dog (mini Australian Shepherd) for the last few years and thought the shampoos I used were doing a good job; I wasnât getting the same results as when I used to take him to a professional groomer but figured I wasnât cutting enough hair off.BOY WAS I WRONG – the PROBLEM was the shampoos I was using werenât getting enough of his âdeadâ/shed but not released hair off!!I brushed my dog pre bath and thought I got a lot of the shed off. I put him in the bath, let him soak in some water, then took the hand held sprayer to really saturate his double coat with water. I applied the Double Coat shampoo directly to his skin and on top of his coat. Within seconds I see clumps of hair releasing from his coat! I decided to wet him a little more after applying the shampoo to get a better lather and then went with a wide tooth comb to work the product from roots to ends; even more hair was coming out. I honestly got a little scared by the amount of hair coming out so after a few minutes I decided to focus on rinsing the product out. I could immediately notice a difference in the texture of his fur after it was rinsed – it felt so clean!!!I did quickly use his normal conditioner on the top layer of his fur, rinsed, and began the drying process.As his fur started to dry I felt how soft, light, and airy it was – I havenât achieved this level of results ever; only the groomers were able to do this. As I was drying his hair I noticed even more dead undercoat come blowing out with the dryer too!End result, my dog looks amazing and honestly seems happier – I wish I wouldâve known about this product sooner!!!As for the smell, I liked the smell, I can see how some folks say that it is a little strong but thatâs only while the product is in the fur, once itâs washed out it fades away but my dog still smells fresh 24 hours later.TLDR: groomer quality shampoo, will continue to purchase although I feel I will get quite a few washes out of this bottle. My dog looks (and I can tell feels) like a million bucks! Wish I wouldâve known about this shampoo sooner. If you have a dog with a double coat – BUY THIS NOW!

Best dog shampoo I’ve found.
This smells so good! And it definitely helps our smooth coated dogs get clean without drying out their skin. The nozzle design is really nice, the soap lathers nicely and doesnt leave sticky residue. Good value for the money.

This shampoo is a God send, its that time of year when exploring results in smelly mud coated adventures, had problems with my last shampoos that caused irritation, this was recommended by the vet and have to say that its been tolerated well, good smell and foaming that led to a shiney coat and happy clean dog. { and soft hands for me } excellent, will order and use again when needed

This refresh mist works great on my dogs. I spray ot on my dogs once or twice a week. The scent is perfect, not perfume, a nice mild fresh scent of white tea and basil and lasts a long time. Using between just brushing I’ve noticed they do not matt as much. There may be a few tangles after a few days but much less matting, and that’s only if I don’t brush every day. It leaves their fur softer and much shinier. I ve even been asked, your dog looks so good, did they just have a bath. I highly recommend Earth Rated products. I use many of them.

I use this product on a daily basis and the smell to me personally is a bit strong but nice. It does make a difference with detangling and odour. I can recommend. Applied products lasts probably for the whole day and you don’t need much of it to be effective (at least with puppy toy poodle).The only downside is that the spray nozzle seems to get jammed after repeated use.
