HIgh protein content and quality brings in the wild birds!
I bought this brand of dried mealworms for the nice price point and the high percentage of protein ( non-GMO was also a plus). This is the fourth brand of mealworms I have tried in the last 6 months, and they did look especially big and fresh when I opened the bag. For whatever reason, the wild birds at my feeders have gone crazy over this particular brand! I am done trying various brands, this is the one I am sticking with. I think the birds will approve!

Chickens loved them, I loved that they didn’t have the strong smell that some brands have.
My chickens loved them. I’m not sure there are meal worms they don’t love, but I appreciated that these didn’t seem to have the strong smell I’ve noted in other brands. I tried this brand instead of their usual because the price was good and shipping was fast. If they continue to be a better price than the one I currently get on subscription I’ll make a change.

The birds my wife feeds every morning on her back deck LOVE these, (but I personally don’t like the taste – perhaps if I sauteed them with a lemon ginger sauce they would be palatable)

This is a favorite of our wild birds, especially the blue birds. In column feeders, I mix the mealworms with high quality seed from Wild Birds. I use the mealworms in a caged, blue bird feeder and a blue glass hanging container. They are used up completely in one day.
