Seems to work well.
Applied some to the grouse dummy and my 4 month old bird dog was almost convinced it was a real bird. He tries to keep it instead of bringing it directly back to me like his unscent3d dummies.

Works as intended!
This is my honest review of DogBone brand Grouse Scent for Training Your Bird Hunting Dog. So far this has worked like a charm. I have applied it to things like her tennis balls to fake imitation ducks/birds we use to help train her to hunt with me. My dog goes wild for it and loves it when I break out this scent and put some on a toy of hers. I’d recommend it to friends or family, the price is decent as well.

Great training scent for hunting dogs
I have Duck, Quail and Grouse scent for my hound puppies to train on, and this is so far their favorite scent to locate. They can find it quickly even in dense brush and are very excited when they do. I used a rope toy and saturated the frizzy ends in about 10 drops on each end. That was plenty, they zero in on the scent right away and hunt it down. Very effective training scent.

This is a great product for dog training!I think it smells like Grouse, but I am not 100% positive.Anyway, my dog seems to like it and that is all that really matters.I do wish that it came with a tool of sort to inject the sent into dummies.

Good Scent (to the dogs)
Dog bone does it again! We love their products and this scent is a hit per usual! I put some drops on our fabric bumpers and the dogs were able to take to it easily.
