At last, I have finally found the match made in Heaven for my Morkie. I have never been successful clipping her nails as she is so anxious and too squirmy to safely clip her nails. I finally found these clippers and they are perfect! I love them!I must mention, that combined with the doggy hammock that I purchased for her, doing her nails was successful for the very first time! These dog nail clippers are easy to use. Fit in your hand well, well made and even appear as professional. They are sturdy and sharp so they do an excellent clip job on my little Morkie. After past experience with the usual clippers, I was so nervous to clip her nails, but between the doggie hammock and these clippers it went great!I highly recommend these clippers. And if you have had alot of trouble with anxiety with your pet, get a hammock and try cbd drops or a calming product & do not put the hammock too high off the ground & both you and your pet will be happy!

These little clippers works great. Just like people clippers. It’s that familiar shape to grip and feels comfortable to use immediately no matter what grooming level you’re at. My kitten handles me using these because it makes the job so much quicker and it’s nothing bulky and scary coming at them. The can be almost hidden in the hand so they are more calmed down for you. I even sneak and clip his nails when he’s sleeping. It’s very quick when I combine nail clipping time with these when he’s sleeping. That’s the perfect kitty nail clipping combo. Lol. Definitely would purchase these again if I ever lost them.

easy to use
my dog hates his nails being done and i was afraid i would hurt him – his nails are black so i can’t see the quick – these are super easy to use and give me a lot of control over how much nail to cut so i am not so afraid to accidently hurt him. you do need to get the nail into the the hole, but that parts not so bad.

Not a clean cut, cats hate it.
I needed a second pair for a 2nd location where we take the cats. I tried using this out of the box on my 1st cat and it tore through the nails. So before going to my second cat, I tightened the screws, which helped a little. Then going to the 3rd cat, I tightened the screws as much as I could where the blade would retract. It still didn’t help much. I tried using this again after 5 or 6 weeks on all three cats and it didn’t work very were ripping the nails. The cat clipper I have for the first location works much better with no ripping or tearing (so it’s not the operator) and the cats complain significantly less with the original clipper at the first location. I’m shopping again for a much better clipper.

Product is a little smaller and flimsier than what I expected, however, it is working as expected. I did need to add a little 3in1 oil to smoothen the movement. Itâs sharp and working well. For the price I canât complain more.

Sharp and accurate. I am able to cut off a very thin slice or a large amount of nail, depending on what is needed. It cuts quickly and evenly. Very impressed with this unit. I have purchased other brands over the 40 years of having dogs and nothing comes close. My last pair was $24 and broke in two after less than 1 year of work. Well worth the money.
