Arrived alive and well.
Very happy with my little colony. I have dairy cows, zebras, and panda king isopods that I keep as a hobby as well as use as a clean up crew for my false chameleons. These little guys have not disappointed. They are quite prolific so the colony continues to reproduce itself as I add them to my vivarium. I really enjoy watching these little dudes scurry about their enclosure and they have been effective in maintaining my viv.

Healthy pollies!
I had forgotten I bought this colony from Bugsy Bugs and not from an isopod specific website! This colony is absolutely my best producing and healthiest! They’ve been going strong for over a year, to the point I’ve given them away for others to start their own colonies. I can’t recommend them enough!

Replacement
Although all but five died during the first delivery after sending a photo they send another batch the following week all alive. I was disappointed at first but once I got in touch they were very helpful and I’m glad they understood.

At first when they were delivered they were ice cold and i couldnt find any among the substrate and i thought they were all dead/escaped but after a few minutes the dirt started to move as they warmed up. all alive and well!

i have ordered from this seller twice . the first order was perfect . they were so cute and have been rapidly reproducing in my 40 gal bioactive viv. my second order something odd happened with shipping and fedex cancelled the order after it was sent ., not the sellers fault but they answered me quickly when i questioned my order status and refunded when i asked . i really appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism .

Arrived dead no air holes
They were all dead suffocated. Ice was still frozen inside but the bugs were dead. I want a refund

The packaging was amazing! Insulated box, and materials to maintain a proper environment. All of the isopods arrived alive and when I put them in their new enclosure they were very active. They have settled into their new home and seems to be doing fine. I would buy isopods from this seller again and if they have another species/morph I want, will.
