Product description
Mesh base layer
Apply the mesh above the drainage layer to prevent soil and debris from clogging up your drainage layer
Soil placed on top of mesh
Place soil on top of the mesh to hold in place. The mesh holds back particles of dirt and sand well allowing water to pass through.
Wood & Leaves
Wood and leaves can be added above the mesh along with spray foam, soil, and sand. The mesh is strong enough to hold most substrates as long as the drainage layer is even.
Porous Cloth
The porous mesh allows for water to be filter through and will enter your drainage layer.

Great product with Great customer service
This worked perfectly for my Snail Bioactive terrarium. I loved the amount of carpet I got for the price and I was able to easily cut it and place it on top of my Leca pearls. So far, my springtails haven’t breeched it but I fully expect them to and that’s fine. The fit is great and it will make cleaning my terrarium if it should need it a lot easier. I really love the product but more than that, I loved the customer service. So many sweet touches made me want to buy from this company again. I loved the trading card, the post card, and just all of the special touches. When people take the time to make the sale personal, it really makes a difference.

Good liner
Itâs pretty good. Most liners I find have holes that are too big. And some liners with small holes donât drain well. This one seems to drain pretty well.

Willl probably work perfectly for smaller animals.
The mats are well made and clean up nicely , but keep in mind if you have something that likes to burrow and is larger than a frog or small lizard you really have to waigh them down to avoid them being pulled up along with the substrate.My small box turtle is a little to much for these without filling his entire space with heavy decoration.

the purpose of this product is to keep the water from saturating the substate allowing the water pass below for drainage the person that was upset that water passes through doesn’t seem to understand that’s the entire reason for the product.
