Surprised the Critter keeper arrived with out any scratch or cracked because it arrived without any bubble wrap or something that keeps it safe when shipped or handled. Good size, perfect for small critters. Excellent quality for such a good value.

The first one came in with a small crack on the side wall, so I asked Amazon to send me another one since the container was sent in an Amazon plastic bag with no support or cushion. This is a very well-made product. Even after dropping it a few times, it’s still in good shape. The handle is thick and sturdy and didn’t break like the one I got from the local pet store. Where the handles are attached to the top doesn’t have holes, so small bugs can’t easily escape unlike the old one from the pet store. The opening door at the top is also very well-designed. It’s designed so the bugs don’t easily crawl out and also prevents them from easily getting smashed like they did with my old one from the pet store. Get this one, you won’t regret it. The one from the pet store is nothing compared to this one.
