It works fo most extrnal problesm in Tropical fish.
I like that it is milder and does not destroy good bio like some of the stronger ich type medications.

Does not kill snails.
This does not kill pest snail’s and that’s why I bought more of it. I used a full bottle in a 90 gal tank.I have lost a tank due to ick and so I have it on the ready in case it comes back. Thats what it is designed for. I didn’t know about it until after the ick out break. Then it was too late for most of the fish :(For the snail infestation I ended up removing anything extra from the tank and float the plants and clean often. They hold up under the sand til its dark. Most that are left end up in a power head filter that sits on the sand. I clean it regularly, but about a dozen are caught in it daily now for weeks. Not sure how to get rid of them. A lady at a pet store said use copper pipe or copper wires or anything made of copper to kill them
