It WORKS!!
I have been looking for something to rid my house of Gecko’s for literally 50 years (!) living in Hawaii, and have tried EVERYTHING to no avail I think gecko’s must be the most persistent, resilient creatures on earth, and FINALLY the solution has come in the form of this wonderful product, COLTON’S. The odor is very pleasant and dissipates in minutes. and not a gecko in sight! ( Have no idea where they went and I don’t care!) This is my second bottle as I want to always have it on hand. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s a miracle!!!

I love the peppermint scent. Apparently so do lizards! This product has no effect on them whatsoever. I even have one lizard that keeps triggering my doorbell camera. He likes the scent of this product too. I have 32 oz of useless. Donât buy 32 oz of useless.

Colton’s Lizard Repellent spray is AMAZING!. I’d give it 10 Stars if I could! I live in Southwest Florida where we have as many geckos as we do people. We’ve had several geckos that insisted on hanging out around our front door. The geckos were not the issue. It was their poop! Geckos poop a lot!. I mean A LOT! We’d clean it up every day and the next morning there would be more! I’d wash the walls and ceiling every week hoping to wash away whatever was attracting them. Nothing worked. Until I used Colton’s Lizard Repellent! It worked in one night! It’s been a week and no more geckos or gecko poop! There is a faint cinnamon and peppermint smell that lasts for a few minutes after we spray. And the spray doesn’t stain the walls. We’ve only used about 2 ounces of the spray, but that’s all that was needed. The geckos are GONE!

Expensive but effective
Little brown geckos and big ugly green ones really took up residence in my lanai storage closet, using it as their personal toilet. I mostly ignored them. But then I got a work from home job and my desk faces my lanai. So I’d sit there and see them all partying all day, pooping on my stuff. Huge scary green ones all shamelessly crawling in and out of my closet like a porta potty at a beer festival. I couldn’t take it anymore. After extensive research and trying some other diy solutions, I decided to give this a try despite the less than impressive average rating. Fact is, no lizard repellant has a great score.This product definitely works, but theyre not kidding about how diligently you have to use it at first. I would totally hose my lanai down with this stuff twice a day. For several days, it didn’t seem to do much. I almost thought it was attracting them. The lizards were downright brazen about it! I took more than a week, and I used almost the entire bottle before they really started to pack up and move.But it really did truly work. Its expensive and it took a LOT to get them to move. But now that theyre gone, I only have to do a light misting every few days to keep them at bay.

Doesnât work
Hasnât worked. After spraying for a few days on my outdoor furniture and cushions to stop lizards from chewing up the fabric, a lizard is still hiding there. This doesnât seem to work at all.

Coltons Lizard Repellent is a great product. The first week I Sprayed twice a day on my windows and have good results. Now I’m using the spray just once a day. No lizard poop.

Not loving it so much now… see update.
And I havenât even used it yet. This just came to the door. First thing I noticed was the smell. It smells fantastic! Next, itâs all natural. I didnât know that because my husband did the research and ordered it for me, but I really like that. There is something about the way they wrote their âmust read instructionsâ that makes me want to follow it to the letter. And I will. I canât wait to watch this stuff work. Iâm actually excited about setting an alarm in my phone and making sure I spray twice a day for as long as necessary. Why not? It smells great and Iâm really tired of sweeping up and scrubbing gecko poop off my lanai! Iâm not sure I know how to write a follow up review, but Iâll try to figure it out to post an update after Iâve actually seen the results. I donât know what else these guys sell, but Iâm going to look and see if there is anything else I can buy just to support them and hopefully participate in making them super successful. Not sure what it is about them. I just feel really good about this product and the guys who sell it. Go figure.Update: 10/4/24. I have emailed this company four different times with a very simple question and have still not been given the courtesy of a response. The product works, but the customer service is non-existent and many times when I receive this (I have a subscription – huge gecko problem where I live) the sprayer on the bottle is broken, so poor packaging. I don’t feel good about these guys anymore at all. If they have any more products, I won’t buy them out of spite now. And if I can, I’ll find a different solution as well. Bad customer service is a pet peeve of mine.

Works fast, easy, and low cost.
This worked within a couple of days! The peppermint and cinnamon scent is strong, but that is the point to make the lizards leave. Much better than chemicals. It is a great low cost way to run them off.

A $600 repair to my air conditioner due to a gecko infestation led to me purchasing a bottle of Lizard Repellant. My scepticism was soon overcome when a i found that the geckos had disappeared without trace thanks to the Lizard Repellant.

I was desperate and I thought there is no way to get rid of geckos until I tried Colton,itâs really amazing,i donât see any one anymore, but you need guys to follow the instructions and spray many times at the beginning,itâs expensive but worth it.

Llevo poco más de un mes que me llegó y sinceramente tenÃa mis reservas pero estaba desesperada porque ahora vivo en una zona muy húmeda y selvática y estos animales abundan. Lo he rociado todos los dÃas en la mañana antes de salir y por la tarde cuando llego sobre todo en puertas y ventanas. Dos veces algunas han intentado entrar y rocÃo y sà las ahuyenta.El olor si es algo fuerte, la primera vez rocié mucho producto y tuve que ventilar todo el espacio porque se concentró el olor.Mi única âquejaâ es hacia el atomizador porque no se logra cerrar perfectamente.Efectivamente el producto es algo costoso y dura aproximadamente 45 dÃas si lo esparces dos veces por dÃa, sin embargo, sà funciona.
