Great for Allergy Dogs
Ive been using this for my sweaty french bulldog for a month now. Its been life changing. I finally have something to dry up and help take care of his yeasty paws and belly. He suffers from horrible food and environmental allergies and this helps make him more comfortable. We use it daily or every other day, its lasts a long time though. My bottle still is close to full.

This powder worked great on my horses coat, softer, healthier, and no more itching. Even the smell is subtle yet fresh – Easy to apply as you need sprinkle it and brush it down and the results were great – quick and easy. Smells good too.

Great value
Great coat powder that is similar to other brands that cost a whole lot more. This was very effective to help dry my horses coat after a workout, and to sooth the summer itchies.

Just as good as coat defense!

Good Alternative to Name Brand
Very pleased with this product- it works similar to Coat Defense. Iâve used it in a small section of skin irritation from fly bites near the base of my horseâs mane (no bleeding, just itchy, raised skin). It cleared up with just an application or 2.No noticeable odor or aggressive smells, which is nice for a skin product. The bottle it comes in is basically a spice container from the grocery store. Iâd be a little worried about moisture getting in, so make sure you snap the lid tightly.

Happy Horse = Happy Rider
The product is a fine powder with a peppermint smell. It comes packaged in a 8.4 ounce plastic container (similar to a large spice jar). There are two sides to the lid, one to pour out a larger quantity and a sprinkling side for smaller quantities. I put a little of this in my hand and rub into the desired area. No gloves required as there is nothing harmful in the powder.Efficacy?1. I have a gelding that is experiencing allergic reactions and sweet itch this summer. I’ve been trying to keep the itching and hives at bay. I started to use this once daily. The amount of hives are coming down and he seems more comfortable in just a few days. He also seems to enjoy the sent and is eager to sniff the container and eagerly leans into the application of the product.2. I used this to clean up the saddle area sweat marks after a ride on my other horse. Since he has mostly white in the saddle area, this did a great job of lessening the dirty sweat marks and absorbing the yuck. I plan to use this in the cooler months when bathing my horses is not an option and I don’t want to put them away sweaty. The only downside I can see to this is that this white powder will leave a clear powder area on a darker horse. My horses are dapple gray and a black and white. On the dapple gray, the powder is not easily seen. On the black and white, the powder clearly shows up on his black areas. It’s not an issue to me, but thought it should be mentioned.Overall, I say this one is a win! I recommend.

Works!
I used this on my horses rain rot and it cleared it up. Itâs easy to use and worked. Itâs a good deal and cheaper than a vet appointment.

Natural ingredients, made in the USA
This coat powder for horses is formulated with all natural ingredients, including arrowroot, peppermint oil, sodium baking soda, corn starch and calcium bentonite, all of which have beneficial properties for skin and coat. This is the first powder product Iâve used on my horses, and it has pros and cons. Itâs easy to apply to the horseâs back and hindquarters, but not the legs, neck or belly. It absorbs nicely into the coat with a soft brush, and is left in. It makes the coat soft, and pleasant smelling. It does help remove dirt and stains, but itâs not a miracle, you still have to do a lot brushing! My horses donât have summer skin issues, so Iâm not able to review the efficacy on rainrot or sweet itch, but I would definitely try it if they did, and based on the ingredients it should be effective. Iâve only given it 4 stars due to the limits of application, and associated waste, of a powdered product.
