Not bad
So if you are using this for cattle and larger animals I imagine this is gonna work out and be better to use against a hard post. I wanted to use this for in my home and to be able to let my dog have something to rub up against that isnt my nice Chaise. He does like this a lot but it is difficult to mount onto a wall or something. This was clearly made for like a post or something. This would be awesome if it could be made for indoor pets!

Does not stay in place
This mat doesnât work. The screws go right through the rubber and it stayed up less than 24 hours in my goat area. I recommend finding brushes with wood handles that can be secured better.

If you get this for your cows, they will know you love them!
I looked at all kinds of brushes and scratchers for my cows, and aside from the really expensive ones that rotate in all directions, this seemed the most bang for the buck. I have several of them screwed on to sturdy posts, and the cows started rubbing on them as soon as they were up. It is helping them shed out, but even when not shedding, cows enjoy a good brushing. Now they can brush themselves any time of the day or night.

Strong
Strong and our cows use it all the time. We raise longhorns. This product holds up very well. Itâs the pole that gets knocked over. But there is no damage to this scratcher.

Easy to install.
It took a little bit of convincing to convince them that it was something for them. It’s easy to install with the provided equipment. It’s thick and sturdy and it’s pointy so they had to learn not to put their noses to it at first. It scared one but they came around later and it turned out okay. This is made of thick material and holds up well.
