Nice , plush pet bed.
Purchased this for my kitty! This is a nice, versatile pet bed. While this is marketed towards cats, this could also work for small dog breads. This bed unit can be a stand alone unit to sit on the floor, or it can be hung from a window seal, allowing your fur friend to enjoy a nice cool breeze while relaxing in the window.The fame is worsen and pre drilled and tapped for the assembly hardware. The legs are adjustable and double as wall support I. The window seal mode. They are adjustable to window seal depth with pre cut slits for sliding the leg back and forth as needed. The bed support is on two metal rods and a nylon sling that stretches from side to side cover in a nice plush bedding material for coziness. They even were thoughtful and threw in a window stick play toy.The materials are nice and will hold up for at least a little bit of time. I do wish the pre cut slots for adjusting the legs were lined with nylon for easier sliding and less wear. The adjusting knobs, when tightened will eventually wear out around the sliding area and eventually cause failure.All In all I like the unit and Iâm hoping my cat does too. I believe it is nicely made but for $30 it could be better with a little more thought placed into the longevity of it .

This is an easy to assemble, multi-use cat perch. The wood frame feels sturdy and the fabric under the pillow adds extra strength to the green pillow, which is soft and easy to take off the frame to wash. It can be used on a window frame. I didnât measure my window properly, so I can only use this on the window if it is open, but it also functions as a cat bed on the floor, buy adjusting the distance of the wooden supports on the bottom. The hand tightened screws that adjust the position of the wooden stand/wall support are a bit difficult to access, as the fabric underlay can get in the way, but I donât have to adjust the supports very often. But the cats hop in as soon as I put it in the window, so thatâs a win!

This needs a sliding window to fit as a window seat
Assembly was very easy. There are a few errors on the instructions, but nothing that you canât common sense your way around. Screw a couple of posts together, assemble the sides, screw, two posts into one side, slip the hammock on, fasten the other side onto the other end of the posts, and youâre done.This requires a window that slides up and down in order to hook on to the windowsill. I will be using this as a stepstool for my elder cat to get up onto an ottoman, and from their access the bay window. The large-wale, cream colored corduroy cover is very attractive and is going to mix well with a variety of styles and decors.The last picture shows my old girl relaxing into it. She looks very content, which makes me happy.

Works well on my bed frame as an extension for my cat to sleep near (but not on) me
I ordered this cat bed with the hope of enticing my cat to sleep on it next to my bed. I figured if it didn’t work as a perch on the side of my bed frame, then I could still use it as a free-standing bed placed on the floor right next to my bed.Luckily, this perch works well on my bed frame, so it’s kind of a sidecar situation. My cat took to it immediately, partially because the bed part is very plush and soft.With any cat bed, I want the covers to be removable and washable. Have you ever tried to clean up cat barf from a bed without a removable cover? It’s not fun or easy to do.

Decent idea, poor fit and looks cheap â cat still approves
The concept is good, but it doesnât really fit any of my windows, and the overall look and materials feel pretty cheap once unboxed. Installation was straightforward and quick, and despite the issues, my cat actually likes sitting on it and uses it daily.Bottom line: If your window dimensions happen to match, it could be a budget-friendly perch, but the fit and finish are underwhelming. My cat gives it a thumbs-up; Iâm more lukewarm.

My fur babies first window bed. Itâs sturdy and easy to assemble and set up.
Just recd this window bed yesterday and got it assembled this morning. It is super easy assemble. There arenât many pieces. I had a little helper/supervisor as you can see from the pictures. Sheâs quality control. Lol. I’m giving it a 4 star for now….will update to a 5 after a few months of use and will update to how it holds with normal wear & tear/use.The bed itself seems very sturdy. It latches into the window very easily and the supports slide so theyâre adjustable. The only real problem is that for me and I would assume for most windows you canât have this latched in and close the window completely so it may not be a very practical window bed in winter months.My sweet rescue cat only has one eye so her depth perception is impaired. Iâm attaching a video of her first reaction to exploring it and a lot of her apprehension is just her being very cautious because sheâs not confident yet in the new bed. Itâs definitely sparked her curiosity and she loved sitting in it when I was building it so I have no doubt that with a little time sheâll get used to its placement and how to get in and out of it since she canât just jump from the floor like regular cats.Oh, sheâs also gained a little weight and itâs definitely sturdy enough to support her and because of the supports against the wall if a cat were to jump from the floor up into the bed unless they hit it at a really terrible angle, it should stay in place. The sliding support can be tightened so itâs not wobbly.In a worst case scenario, if you couldnât make it work in your window, itâs very well balanced and level, so it could actually also be used as an elevated pet bed. Like a hammock bed.
