Great Product, Even Better Customer Service!
I bought this stainless steel cat water fountain hoping it would encourage my cat to drink more water â and it worked! The gentle running water and faucet-like design seem to really appeal to her, and Iâve definitely noticed her drinking more throughout the day. It’s also much quieter than I expected, you canât even hear it running, which is great for a peaceful home environment.After a couple of months, the pump did stop working, which was disappointing at first. But when I reached out to the seller, they responded quickly and sent me a replacement pump right away, no hassle at all. That kind of customer service really makes a difference.Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase. My cat is healthier, the fountain does its job, and the company stands behind their product. Highly recommend!

This fountain is very sturdy and well made. The pump is very quiet. The basin is all one piece metal so it does not leak. It is very easy to clean and replace the filters.There are 2 filters, one is a cartridge type and the other is a mesh foam circle that fits around the pump base. I like the double filters since they give double the cleaning.It is easy to refill by unplugging the power cord and lifting the lid/pump off the base. You do have to be careful to tilt the lid and let water drain back into the base before lifting off completely. Some water may spill.The power cord is basically a usb style that plugs into a wall charger part. It works but feels a bit cheap. I have not had any problems with it however.The small notch in the base where the power cord goes through does not have rounded edges so be careful when you put the cord that it does not get abraded.Because the base is solid metal you canât visually check water level, I usually just lift it to check by weight. It did accidentally run dry once but started right up whe I refilled.The cats love it and stay hydrated!

Fountain design is very high quality, easy to disassemble for cleaning, and machine washable. It functions quietly and draws little power via the usb cable.The pump did die after about 10 months of normal usage and regular cleaning. I contacted customer support and was sent a replacement pump within 2 weeks, free of charge. Overall good experience getting a replacement under warranty, but the process took longer than expected.

So I purchased my first ever cat water fountain several years ago. Its base was plastic. It worked great. Until we moved to a warmer climate. Then I started getting green algae all the time, even though I clean it on a weekly basis and change the filters all the time. It was recommended that I switch to a stainless steel fountain and that is why I purchased this model. I also bought this model in particular because it had great reviews and was a great price. I have not had a single instance of mildew or algae. It is easy to clean and easy to keep clean this model does have a two filter system that is very easy to change out and keep even cleaner. my cats love the new smoother running fountain where they get less noise. As a matter, fact, you do not hear this fountain unless it is almost empty and then what you will hear is a dribbling of water sound. This product is made of high-quality I do not see ever having to replace , the base and fountain itself. The motor seems like itâs very sturdy and should last. This is by far way quieter than my previous plastic model. If I had to have any negative things to say is, it does not have a way to warn you when the water is almost gone. My previous model would flash lights in the background, should the fountain need water added.

The thing with this water fountain and pretty much all cat water fountains in general is that they are going grow mold no matter what. At this point what makes a water fountain good is how easy it is to clean.If you want to ACTUALLY prevent mold from growing you will have to take everything apart EVERY TIME you clean it. **I’m attaching photos of each piece for reference and circling the parts that are the hardest to clean. Also attaching a photo of the tools I use to clean.Also this isn’t something you can avoid. If you want to use a cat water fountain then you’ll HAVE to take it apart and clean it. They’re all like this. Not just this product specifically. However, this shouldn’t deter you from buying water fountains for your cat. If it helps your cat get the water they need, you SHOULD buy them one bc cats like running water. I just wouldn’t recommend this one lol but definitely a stainless steel fountain.When I still used this water fountain it would take me 30-45 mins to clean this once a week. And you will need special tools to clean these parts because they’re so small. A regular sponge isn’t going to cut it. I had to buy straw cleaners and crevice cleaning brushes, but even then there are still areas so small that you’ll need to put in a lot of effort just to remove the mold. At least with this fountain specifically the color of the plastic makes it easier to spot mold so you can tell when it’s gone. Some other fountains are colorful, which is cute but makes it harder to spot mold since it’ll blend in.I’m also going to add that you should be changing the water out often like DAILY if you can. Yes, it’s advertised to hold several days worth of water, but you shouldn’t actually just let your cat drink days old water on purpose. Give them fresh water everyday and while you’re at it, give the filters and parts a quick rinse (don’t need to actually take it apart and clean, but just like run water over it at least). And change the filters every 2 weeks like recommended.In the end I stopped using this water fountain because of several reasons:1) it’s a pain to have to clean out every week, especially since the parts are small and NOT easy to clean;2) there was one part specifically (the part where u stick the water spout through) that is actually IMPOSSIBLE to clean. It grew black mold on the sides and there was no way to clean that area out because it’s so tight (but notice how all the other parts in the picture dont have mold bc i found ways to clean those. Its not just bc my house dirty yall). I actually did manage to stick things through to clean it, but then everything I tried to scrape out got caught on the ridges on the side so yeah it pmo. It shouldn’t require so much effort just to keep these things clean. I contacted the seller and they aren’t able to replace this part specifically either. They recommended using a cotton swab to clean it (what a joke) and then ignored me when I contacted them again.3) Final reason though is that my cats don’t use the water fountain anyway. I switched my cats to a wet food diet and also mix water into their food (cat soup!!!) and they stopped drinking from the water fountain. I truly recommend to everyone to try and switch your cats diet if possible. I know some cats are picky and if you’ve tried and failed then that’s that, but I hope everyone at least tries. It’s so much better for your cat in the long run. My cats used to be on dry food diet and developed urinary problems (while on a prescription dry food diet specifically for urinary issues like ??)I started using a stainless steel water bowl instead just so that my cats have access to water if they want it, and it’s a lot easier to clean bc it’s just a bowl lol.Anyway only giving 3 stars bc yes it does work like it’s supposed to but it’s a pain to clean and the seller was not helpful at all so I took off 2 stars.***TLDR: will grow mold – take it apart and clean it once a week and change the water everyday. Pain in the butt to clean so I quit using it. One part is impossible to clean and will grow mold so you’ll eventually have to throw it out anyway.

Bella perché , ha un estetica pulita e una sensazione di robustezza,Essenziale perché ha quello che serve per essere perfetta , senza fronzoli che aumenterebbero solo gli interventi di manutenzione o di potenziali rotture, Funzionale perché ha un getto d’acqua perfetto a cui la gatta attinge con piacere , rispetto alla fontana precedente ( che non rinnego ) la gatta beve decisamente di più , tempo di abituarsi (2/3 minuti).Igienica perché è di Acciaio , ,quindi tolto motore ecc ecc alcune parte sono lavabili in lavastoviglie, poi l’acqua nell’acciaio mantiene una freschezza si un altro livello rispetto alla plastica , trascurabile il fatto che non abbia oblò per vedere quantità acqua , se ci fosse la finestrella , siamo poi sicuri che lavarla in lavastoviglie sia fattibile ? Comunque chiunque abbia un gatto sa bene quanto beve il suo gatto , dopo un paio di rabbocchi , si capiscono in automatico i consumi poi comunque periodicamente va pulita e sostituito filtro , operazioni semplici.La consiglio , senza indugio.

Trotz eines bereitgestellten Trinkbrunnens hängt unser Kater am Wasserhahn.Er lauert direkt darauf, dass wir den Hahn am Spülbecken benutzen, um sich dann blitzschnell einen Platz zum Trinken zu sichern.Ergo könnte es daran liegen, dass ihm die Art des Wasseraustritts bei seinem alten Trinkbrunnen einfach nicht zusagt, weshalb mich der vorliegende Brunnen mit angedeutetem “Wasserhahn” sehr angesprochen hat.Im Gegensatz zu baugleichen Modellen ist seine Kapazität mit 2 Liter Fassungsvermögen geringer, was ich allerdings sehr schätze, da er wenig Platz braucht und die regelmäÃige Reinigung nicht mit dem Rumhantieren groÃer Teile verbunden ist.Gestern wurde er also geliefert, sogleich gereinigt, zusammengesetzt und vom Kater ins Herz geschlossen –> *hurra :)Meine persönliche Pro / Contra-Liste sieht nun folgendermaÃen aus:+ Super einfache Reinigung + Wasserwechsel (Die Pumpe wird unten am “Deckel” eingeschraubt und esgibt keinen Schlauch… das erleichtert die Reinigung ungemein)+ Tolle GröÃe, wenn man am Standort nicht so viel Platz hat+ Edelstahl statt Plastik –> Nachhaltiges und langlebiges Material, keine gesundheitlichen Bedenken(Weichmacher oder andere fragwürdige Stoffe, die aus dem Plastik durch den permanenten Kontaktmit Flüssigkeit ins Trinkwasser übergehen könnten)+ Wasseraustritt in Form eines Wasserhahns+ Sehr leise… der Strahl ist so weich, dass kein Plätschergeräusch auftritt und die Pumpe arbeitetebenfalls sehr geräuscharm.+ Kabelaustritt hinten sauber gelöst, kein Gefummel bzw. Gefahr, dass das Kabel verrutscht+ Eingebauter Filter+ Insgesamt eine kompakte und schnörkellose FormWas jetzt noch fehlt, um diesen Brunnen “perfekt” zu machen:- Eingebauter Bewegungssensor für einen automatischen Start, sobald die Katze sich nähert undautomatisches Abschalten, wenn sie den Trinkplatz wieder verlässt. (Wir haben dieses Problem übereinen Steckdosenadapter mit Bewegungsmelder gelöst, der aber wiederum zusätzlich Platz braucht undoptisch nicht der Bringer ist… was wir aber in Kauf nehmen, da Dauerbetrieb keine Option darstellt.- Ein Schalter um das Gerät zu stoppen,… es gibt keinen – man muà hierfür den Stecker ziehen.Für diese beiden Punkte wäre ich final sogar bereit gewesen etwas mehr Geld in die Hand zu nehmen, da der Brunnen in diesem Fall seine Perfektion gefunden hätte.Kaufen würde ich ihn trotzdem jederzeit wieder, da die Behelfslösung mit dem Adapter wunderbar funktioniert.
