Great Product and even better Customer Service
This product worked perfectly for 16 months & our cat was very impressed by it. He drank more water over the previous water system. After 16 months the pumped just stopped. I was so happy with that performance I was about to order a new one just like it, but the comany said they would replace any pump that failed within 18 months, so I wrote them an email. I got an immediate response that ask me a few questions and recommendations for cleaning. I did all that and replied it was still not working. They said they would ship a new one. Oh sure I’ve heard this before. Now the magic it came to me in 2 days just like they said. Wow, our cat (after getting filtered water in a bowl for 5 days) started licking the dry water fountain (I didn’t have a chance to plug it in, yet.) He then took a couple of minutes drinking water and I could almost hear him saying “It’s my water fountain back again. I will look for other products to order from this company since they are really “customer service oriented”. I recommend them to anyone.

Has worked really well for the last year. We honestly don’t even do all of the cleaning/filter changea. That will probably catch up with us, but for now this has been a high quality stainless steel cat fountain with no problems at all.Easy to set up. Our cats love it! No more begging at the sink.Love the clear indicator that shows when water level needs to be refilled and the size we ordered holds enough water that we don’t have to refill it constantly – even with 3 cats. Absolutely worth the price and would buy again. It is also quiet and fits well even in our small space.

Wonderful stainless steel cat water fountain.
After much study of the reviews for various pet water fountains I chose the Rellaty 108oz./3.2 liter stainless steel cat water fountain on 10/28/2025 and it was delivered to me on 10/30. I absolutely love this cat fountain and both my cats took to it right away as well. It was very easy to assemble. At a cost of $25.48 it is an amazingly quality product and I look forward to many years of use. It has a great filtration system, an ultra silent pump, and an 18 month maintenance service. I could not be more pleased.

Nice size and features but that blue light is unwanted
This is a nice little stainless fountain. I have two Maine Coons and they are big water drinkers. Like most cats they love running water from any sink in the house. I first had a very large, round stainless fountain and it was nice but it was too big especially to pick up when it had water in it to clean, and the cleaning was a bit tedious. Since then we’ve had a few others. We have two plastic ones now. They are decent with a kind of waterfall feature but that has really slowed down and that’s where the cats usually want to drink from. So I went looking for another fountain during Prime Day and after looking at a few kept coming back to this one. To me, it’s nice looking. It’s small too which is great for keeping on our extra bathroom sink counter (the cat’s sink and and counter!). It is very quiet. Very. I barely hear any noise and when I plugged it in had to look to see if it was working because I didn’t hear anything. It was.I really like the faucet-type fixture that runs from both ends. My cats seem to like that too. It’s very similar to drinking from a sink faucet though a softer flow. Being stainless the water stays cooler too, and with this design where a tray sits over the tank, I don’t think it will get as much debris in the water supply.The round window on the front to view the tank water level is nice though I personally didn’t really care about that. But, I ordered that one (I don’t remember if the other one without the window was also on sale or not). Now I wish I had gotten the one without the window though even if I had paid more. The problem for me is the blue light. I had no idea it was lit. I looked over the description now before writing this and still don’t see where it says there’s a light in it. Ya, it’s blue in the photo but I thought that was the color of the plastic for the window. There are two reasons I don’t like this lighting:First reason: I keep the fountain in our master bathroom on the cat’s counter. I have a nightlight in that bathroom that I’ve used for years. It’s a very subtle, low light. I walked in there last night after setting up the fountain during the day and was surprised to see blue light glowing in there. It’s fairly bright. I thought, ok, I guess I don’t need to leave the nightlight on now. But, I like the nightlight and I prefer that light over this bright blue light. Apparently there’s no way to turn off the light on the fountain either.Second reason: Cats can see in the dark. They don’t need a light to find the water fountain. My cats love to lay in the bathroom in front of the big window at night especially in the summer when it’s breezy. It’s cool in there when it’s been hot all day. They weren’t in there last night and I think it’s because of the light. I also noticed one of them wasn’t going over to drink once the light was obvious.I don’t think the light is necessary, and I actually think it’s not a good thing for cat’s eyes. If it could be switched, off then it would be ok. Apparently in order to have the window to see the water level though you have to accept the glowing blue light. Because I dump and refill my fountains every couple/few days (I don’t wait two weeks like the instructions suggest), it’s never going to run too low. So now I wish I’d gotten the one without the light. I could pack it up and return it I guess but I don’t like to do returns unless it’s really needed. I guess for now I’m stuck with that blue light but I’m hoping it stops working! At some point I’ll get another one without the window in it.Some people won’t mind the light but do consider your cats. They see in the dark just fine and when they are wandering your house at night and come into a room with that glowing blue light, it throws off their vision momentarily. Some may actually avoid it like one of mine is currently doing at night. During the day it’s far less noticeable. I actually didn’t realize it was lit until the room was dark. But unless you really need that window to know the water level, I recommend getting the one without the window for your cat’s sake.In all other ways this little fountain seems to be really nice.

“Cat Fresh Water Fountain”
I just love this little cat water fountain!!! I have 2 cats, both male, a young one and an old one and when I got it all out of the box and put together and applied filters after soaking them, which was easy, then washed it, and filled it up with cold water. Well, my cats just sat there are watched it because neither one of them had ever drank out of the faucet before. It looked like they weren’t ever going to use it, so I left their other water dish there so that they had a choice when they were ready. Well, good news, it took only two days, and they were using the new water fountain, and I was able to take away their old one. I would recommend it to all cat lovers, because your precious fur babies will love having the fresh water all the time and it is very easy to keep clean, the filters work great, and I only had to clean it out after two weeks. Just make sure you watch the water level and that it doesn’t go below 1/2 way. I just add fresh water on the top and everything is good to go. Also, very important is that it doesn’t make any noise at all!!

I find it very quiet to run. The spout allows my cats to drink from each spout so no arguing. Tank holds a generous amount of water so no need to fille every 3-4 days. Also, the tank is stainless steel not plastic so will not retain bacteria if cleaned regularly. Filters are easy to install so a great buy.
