Why is the water spray cool?

Yes, This product produces only cool mist, not steam in the true sense of the word. It’s an ultrasonic atomizer. It doesn’t generate heat; it simply transforms water into mist, providing a refreshing and safe experience for your pet.

Why the 1:10 dilution ratio? Can I add anything else?

Overmixing can clog the nozzles! You must follow the exact 1-part cleaner to 10-parts water ratio. Never add shampoo, oils, or anything else—doing so may damage the brush.

Why is the mist weaker than expected / different?

Weak spray usually means too much detergent, not enough water, or incorrect brush angle. Always check the 1:10 mixing ratio. If the spray feels weak, tilt the brush head downward at a 45° angle.

Does this work on short-haired pets?

The 12 mm steel bristles are best for medium to long-haired pets with hair over 15 mm (about 0.6 in), such as Golden Retrievers or Ragdoll cats. It’s less effective for short-haired pets.

Will it scare my fur baby?

The brush runs very quietly! However, some sensitive pets may feel nervous at first. To help them adapt, turn it on 2–3 feet away for about 2 minutes. Let them get used to the sound before grooming—this usually makes a big difference!
