How did I not know this product existed till now?!?
Great product! I foster kittens and cats, and sometimes I am caring for one that is feisty and scared, but I need to administer meds or treatment.These special grippy cloths are lifesavers! (Or at least keep me from being mauled!) They are fairly easy to wrap around kitty (or puppy?) and have the bonus of often calming a panicky kitty – which is great, since foster roles include helping scared cats to trust humans and to live in a household with confidence.Hint: buy a cloth bigger than you estimate you will need – makes the wrapping of a strong, feisty kitty much easier – but donât choose too much bigger, or youâll be dealing with a tangle of grippy fabric and an escaped kitty! A ten-pound cat does well with the 15-pound version; but that cloth could be way too large for 4-pound kitty.Think of hookânâloop strips, only embedded in super soft fabric. Fold anywhere onto itself and the fabric instantly grips – the larger the fabric contact area is with its own fabric, the stronger the grip. Itâs washable, too! Itâs genius!I can think of many uses for these besides petcare. Wrap a loaf of fresh-baked bread to keep it warm. Wrap a gift – no tape needed, no fancy tie-off techniques to learn, and itâs reusable! I think there are dozens and dozens more uses to be found!

Cats wonât cooperate.
It seemed to be big enough, but getting a cat wrapped up in it to trim nails is all but impossible. I looked at the videos again and realized that no cat will just lay on their back and let you roll them up.

What is this miracle fabric wrap?
How long has this existed that I haven’t had one of these as a foster cat mom? Genius. One side of the fabric has a sort of texture that for whatever reason sticks to itself like velcro but without being velcro. It took me a few attempts to figure out the best way to wrap and not have the cat just wriggle out but that has more to do with technique and nothing to do with the product itself. The size is plenty big for a kitten or even a smaller adult cat, but if you have a real chonker of a big cat then you’re going to want a bigger wrap. The fabric feels pretty durable and like it will hold up well, and the pattern of course is cute. Honestly the only cons to this are that because the fabric clings it can easily pick up debris and also stick to itself and ball up in the washer to make it harder to get clean, and also I do wish there was a zipper slit in a spot in the back so that if you are purritoing for giving vaccines you can access the scruff, or maybe use that as a hole to get a paw out of for nail trimming. I think something like that would be a useful option. But outside of that this is really a new must have product for people that need to do cat purritos.

Really does stick to itself!
I am beyond impressed with this! Not only is it big enough to fit my cat, it does a great job sticking to itself and not coming apart. It is a little struggle to get my cat in it, but that is more user error than product. She is very wiggly, and not used to being held but I need to trim her nails, and this is the only way I can get the job done. This definitely helps though. It is also easy to clean, and because it is just a square piece of cloth, easy to store. I can’t begin to explain how it works, I know it has similar mechanics to Velcro, but it is soft on both sides, though one is slightly more rough which is how it sticks I believe. As long as the grey part is coming in contact with the pattern part, it holds. One side won’t stick to itself, it is plain side to pattern side attraction, and it works really well. Also, the cat paws pattern is just, so perfect. It’s pretty thick too. I love it, it will absolutely be getting use.
