Lots of Cardinals
Excellent product. My birds actually love this blend. This actually attracts Cardinals, House Finches, Goldfinches, and I saw a Downy Woodpecker enjoying breakfast this morning. It looks and smells fresh, and the 10lb bag is a perfect size to last a while, even with all my feeders. It’s a great value compared to other brands, too. I’ve tested almost every COOL BIRDS blend and this is a favorite, for sure.

Bird Bonanza
If you want to spoil your neighborhood birds, this is the stuff. Once the word got around that we filled the feeders with this, every bird in the neighborhood showed up like some sort of bird food bacchanalia. Even though I don’t eat it, I can tell this stuff is high quality. The shells have a nice dark color and a sheen that implies they have a good amount of oil in them: this is some top shelf, high test, fresh feed.It looks “healthy” and has a pretty seedy scent. I think the birds could smell it too – we got visits from some new birds. My theory is that they smelled it and were drawn to it like a cartoon character (but it probably is just seasonal changes).This bag isn’t huge but I don’t think it is intended to be used as you would with the big bag of cheap stuff – you could easily cut this and really stretch it out. It might not end up quite as dramatic as the parties we’ve been having but I think they would still appreciate it.

The birds flocked to this bird seed. A little variety in it but mostly sunflower seeds which the birds love. Quality is great but it was on the pricier side.

Iâm new to bird feeding. I had a feeder but in further reading discovered that neither the feeder nor the food was particular to cardinals. I purchased a second feeder and this food which I just put up today. I know it takes time for the birds to discover but so far many birds ( but alas no cardinals yet) prefer this to the other feeder/ food. Hoping for cardinals.

Nice quality seed
Cardinals are my mothers favorite bird and this seed mix really does bring them to the yard. I was really impressed with the mixture of different seeds. Other birds love it too. Even saw a couple wood peckers. Great for any bird feeder, especially if you have one with a camera. Keep in mind, squirrels love it too.

Cardinals LOVE it.
We have a couple cardinals that LOVE this mix. Its a good quantity for the price. Smells fresh and pours easily. We’ve seen many birds we usually don’t around with this mix. But the dove’s aren’t coming around as often.

I really like this seed mix because it is so fresh! The bird seed at my local hardware store looks and smells sad and rancid, but this seed looks good enough to eat. I love that it includes a best by date.The seeds are a mix of shelled and unshelled sunflower seeds, plus safflower seeds–stuff my birds actually like and don’t pick over!At $25 for 10 lbs., it is a little on the pricey side, BUT you pay for what you get. It’s such good quality and the birds actually really like it. I’ll take that over bad mixes where half of it gets thrown on the ground anyway.Would order again.
