You can’t go wrong with this brand. I love that I know that no matter what I buy from them that it will be a quality product and packaged for longevity. Having a well prepared pantry is important to me and this is my go-to brand at a reasonable price.I love that I can buy this in bulk and leave it knowing that it is packaged to last.Yes, this is easy to use. You won’t have to do any kitchen magic to make this a useable product. Just follow the directions on the can and you are off.You get a lot of product for the price. Don’t let the weight of the can fool you.I like that this is not a chemical nightmare.I try to have item on hand for in the event of an emergency. I look for items that are packaged well, travel well, don’t require a lot of additional ingredients, are flexible for how they are used, and will act as comfort food. This fits the bill.

I not only enjoy the product that comes in these food grade can But also use them for organizing my Dry Foods pantry. Perfect for beans,Rice, or even nuts, bolts and nails. But only when the cans come packaged with their own plastic lid to reseal each can. The value for the money paid is there I won’t need to purchase biscuit mix for quite a while. And the Glycemic index is even pretty low. The biscuits are Extremely enjoyable.just as flaky and melts in my mouth as good as some store bought (and better). As long as you mix with baking powder as the recipe call’s for. Just wish I had received a Lid with each can instead of 2 cans and only 1 Lid between them.
