Big enough for fishing
They showed up the pretty lively, I found zero dead all a good size for fishing I waited for them to be delivered so I could get them into a cooler spot I live in Arizona, weâre already in the upper 90s in April 2025 and I was unsure if they could live sitting at the doorstep but none were dead and there was no dead carcasses, all clean lively and a good size. I recommend if you do a lot of Fishing like me I wanted to stop paying the outrageous prices at the store.

Nice, healthy, mature mealworms
They arrived alive on Friday. I put them into a tray with some oats and old fruit. Theyâre active and eating. They began pupating within 24 hours and it is now Sunday and Iâve already separated out over two dozen pupa. this is my second time raising mealworms for my chickens so Iâm familiar with the process. Iâm glad these were as mature as they are to minimize the time before Beetles.

Chicken treats, and we’re raising more for later.
The package was a lot longer in transit than we were told, with some, ‘Sorry for the delay’ messages. Normally, this is just an inconvenience, but this was a ‘Live’ shipment. When they arrived in a mesh bag inside a box, I expected a lot of dead worms, but it seems almost all of them survived the trip. We had pupas in a day or so and now beetles are moving in the aquarium we’re using. So far, they are very easy to raise and keep alive, until they are selected to go visit the girls out back. Do a bit of research online to learn the tips of the trade and you’ll be raising your own real soon.

Big, healthy worms
These arrived in 5 days, & are big, healthy worms. Be sure to put some veggies in with them IMMEDIATELY upon delivery.I bought these to try starting a small worm farm setup for fresh, live treats for my laying hens, in hopes to feed my girls live, gut fed treats rather than freeze dried, dead ones.So far, these have a few hundred pupae & just getting going on beetles. Will be a short bit yet before we see new tiny worms. Very happy with my purchase.

DOA
The container smelled and upwards of 40% were DOA! Whether they were alive or dead, there is no way I received 2000 worms. There were several already pupated but they were mostly dead from being cannibalized by the larvae. Sent via USPS in a mesh bag inside a cardboard box. No food source in the bag, just a wad of paper. No returns or refunds available.

Very active worms
Got these a little early. They came in a mesh bag with paper like material in it. Worms were a little still when I pulled out of box but in a few minutes after opening they started getting very active. Put them in container with the potato slices. Little guys must have been very thirsty by the evening time half the potatoâs were dry and half gone. Bonus I didnât find but 2 dead ones and a few days later found babies so there must have been eggs in the mix as well. Plus already have some in the pre Beatle stageð glad I watched videos on raising these guys so I knew those were not dead worms. All in all very happy
