The Bolux Dog Harness has been a game changer for me and my dogs! Iâve used it with both my golden doodle and my cavachon, and itâs been fantastic for each of them. The first thing I noticed is how strong and sturdy it feels. I immediately felt more confident walking my bigger dog, since I knew the harness could handle his size and energy without any issues.The built-in handle on the back is such a smart feature â it gives me extra control when I need to quickly redirect or hold them close, and itâs especially helpful for my golden doodle when he gets a little too excited. It feels much safer and more secure than just relying on a collar, which can put a lot of pressure on their necks. With the harness, both of my dogs seem more comfortable and happier during walks.For my cavachon, getting the harness on and off is quick and simple. With my golden doodle, it is a little hard to fit. The fit is snug but not restrictive, and I love that it keeps them both safe without choking or pulling at their throats.Overall, this harness has made walking both of my dogs so much easier and more enjoyable. The strength, comfort, and design really stand out compared to collars Iâve used in the past. Love this harness! I ordered the medium size for my 45 pound English Setter, a perfect fit! Easy on, easy off, very well made, washes beautifully. I usually air dry it but have put it in the dryer a couple of times. Our dog always gets complements on it.

Great Value Harness, Butâ¦.
This is a great sturdy harness for the money. Itâs a great value, and ideal for the budget conscious, looking for a service dog type harness (which have taken the pet industry by storm with itâs easy on/off no-fuss design). Itâs only fault is that the webbing straps that goes under the dogâs chest and snaps together to lock the harness in place, is a little bit too silky and the buckle adjustment strap can slide out of adjustment, becoming larger on your dog. You can read many reviews here complaining about thisâ and I think itâs more of an acute problem for very active or larger dogs (ie, pulling). If you have a small-medium dog with polite leash manners, as mine is, the adjustment will slide just a little bit over time, and can be easily fixed every so often.If youâre not shopping by value, the best service dog designed harness on the market is by Joyride. It costs over twice what this harness costs, but you get what you pay for, and the Joyride is much more padded, molds to the dogs body much better, and adjustments stay firmly in place on the straps. Itâs a much better made harness than the Bolux, with much nicer premium materials, but it is much more expensive. I love my Frenchy, so going with the Joyride was the choice for us. But I did appreciate this Bolux harness (in turquoise!) very much for just a smidge over twenty bucks.

WILD PUG APPROVED!
Iâve tried many different harnesses for my wild pug & this is the winner, winner, chicken dinner! Itâs so easy to put on & take off, which is very important when youâre dealing with an impatient pug! This harness is built well & provides a secure fit! Highly recommend!

Top Quality Harness
I adore this harness!! Itâs so simple to slip it over her head and fasten under her belly. In just a few times out the door, our pup put her head through the opening on her own. This is essential, when early morning potty can be really stressful. She concentrates on getting into her harness, the same way every time, that she doesnât have time to piddle until weâre out the door. I leave her leash attached.The features of trim that illuminates AND a tag that glows in the dark are just a BONUS!!Great design!!!!

The velcro is not safe! Dog gets loose from harness if pulls hard.
The harness has an attractive design and a strong clasp, which initially made it seem like a great choice. However, it turned out to be stiff and bulky, and my Shih Tzu was visibly uncomfortable wearing it.The most concerning issue is with the velcro strap that goes around the front of the chest. If you secure it too tightly, it risks choking your dog. If you leave it looser to avoid this, your dog can easily slip out of the harness. This happened to me while walking along a main road. My dog, still a puppy and unaware of traffic dangers, slipped out of the harness. I was fortunate to grab him just in time before he could run into the streetâit was a terrifying moment.Additionally, I use a harness to attach the safety straps built into my dog’s stroller, as he likes to stand up and look out. Unfortunately, he managed to slip out of this harness in that situation too, giving me another near heart attack.While I was initially excited about this purchase because of the design and apparent quality, the velcro strap simply doesnât stay secure. One hard pull, and the dog is free. I’ve since opted for a different harness design that doesnât rely on velcro for fastening.This harness may look good, but its functionality leaves much to be desired, especially for small, active dogs. Safety should always come first.

Nice secure collar around the chest area for any size Dog purchased a small and a medium wasnât sure about the size. I have purchased several of these. I loved the no-pull factor; it worked like a charm at the vet’s lobby when you’re keeping them close. Love that handle. I also loved the bright and vivid colors, making them stand out. However, if your dog turns and faces you while pulling back/away from you, the harness slips right off, no matter how tight you make it. FYI you can not use the handle to pick up the dog no matter how small that dog might be. As above, it will slip right off.

The harness is amazing! It is very well made and with great quality materials. But the best part is that it has actually helped with the pulling. We have had our dog for six years and it is the first product that has helped with this. He is nine years old.Our dog, is a Bichon Frise and fit in the size small. We ordered a medium at first based on the size chart but this was way too large. I think the harnesses run larger than what the chart indicates, especially for a dog on the border between sizes.We had to return the medium size and the process was extremely easy. That side of customer care was great.
