Easy to use, does the job
Bought this because I have dogs. I have a full-size upright carpet cleaner. Itâs big and cumbersome, annoying to clean after using it. So I donât use it as often as I should. I had just cleaned the bedroom with it when I found another stain the very next day. I was annoyed and didnât want to drag out the big cleaner again, so I jumped on Amazon to buy this little cleaner. Itâs so much easier than the full-size cleaner. For spot cleaning, itâs perfect. Cleaned the stain well. Picture before and after cleaning using black light. I havenât really used the steam function, so I canât speak to that.

LITTLE MACHINE, BIG RESULTS!
Waited a few months to write this review to ensure it works as well as it did when I bought it. It doesnât disappoint! This thing has POWER! It sucks the stain and solution up so dry time is minimal! Thereâs no leakage at all. Iâve used this more than 10 times and I have not noticed a leak at all. I do spend the time making sure I put it away nicely, and I do make sure I clean the attachments and hoses after each use. I love that it comes with multiple attachments for car and other furnishings.The size: letâs talk about the size. For being such a small, portable machine, it doesnât skimp on power! I love that itâs not big, bulky or heavy! I can lift with ease.The speed is fine. I really havenât seen any decline since I bought it. I really love the steam feature, but donât put it near skin. Steam is hot. Please use common sense when using this function.I really love this machine for the car! It cleans my seats better than any other carpet cleaning machine!Being that itâs smaller, itâs not as noisy as most carpet cleaners, which is a plus for saving the ears!

Lifesaver!
Wow!!! This little guy is worth its weight in gold! Bought it refurbished, it was perfect like brand new. No smell, no leaks, easy to put together and easy to use. Perfect size, not heavy or bulky and easy to store in my cabinet under the laundry room sink. This little baby has saved my carpets/area rugs and upholstery from what could have been a disaster if I didnât have it. My carpets come out clean and fresh every time, no sign of stain or odor or sticky residue.. Even the dogs canât smell or find where they made the accident so they never go back to it. How did I EVER live my life without it. A must have for pet owners. This cleaner was recommended to me by a carpet salesman who swears by his, what a lifesaver. Totally recommend! Worth every penny.

Not perfect but for the most part does the job
Pros:Good suction but still need a fan to air dry, parts are easy to clean and take apart, the formula that came with it works great get stains out of the carpet in seconds. Great for doing quick clean upCons: The steam doesn’t get hot just barely warm and lots of water will come out of it before steam comes out. The machine get very loud doesn’t matter what setting it’s set on.

Excellent customer service. Convenient size. Hot steam!I ordered this little versatile unit because I wanted something with decent power that could more easily be used in my car and on furniture. My kids are 9 and 11 and have done horrific things to my upholstery that require steam power to melt and then suck out of the fabric. The first unit had great suction, but the fluid wasn’t spraying. I followed the online videos and contacted customer service when those measures didn’t work. Within 24 hours of sending them an email, I received a response from customer service affirming that I’d taken the proper steps already and requesting confirmation of the serial number of my unit and my mailing address. Another 24 hours resulted in a tracking number and new unit being shipped out, per the warranty. … AMAZING service. The replacement unit is working great. The unit has a decent fluid reservoir, spray volume and speed are fine, and the steam is quite hot (scalding); I probably won’t let my 9 year old use this unit, because of the steam feature, but am probably comfortable with my more mature and responsible daughter using it. Cleaning power appears adequate.
