I got this perch stand for my Crimson Bellied Conure. I wanted a perch that was portable that I could move around my house since she always wants to be where we are. I don’t mind the size of this. I have a Crimson Bellied Conure and she likes to sit on the top. She does not use the other perches as they spin around the stand. It is adjustable and mine came broken and can not be adjusted but would fall apart. After messing with it for awhile I was able to get it to lock into place the best I could so it wouldn’t collapse. It was a pain to put together for the simple fact it doesn’t tighten well and you spend so much time messing with it. I did have to put some water in the provided water bag because it is very flimsy and tips over easily which is not safe. The weight of my bird would make this tip over. With having the water on it, I feel much better with allowing her on it. I love having this in front of our living room window because she likes to sun bathe and look outside. She absolutely loves the little spinning balls on the side and spends a great amount of time playing with them each day. I do like the little cups for water and food but you have to make sure the water level is pretty low or it leaks out where the two are screwed into the clip. I feel that was a very poor design. Overall, I am not impressed with this stand and would not purchase it again. I will use it because I have it but not a fan of it. To me it’s not worth the money.

Adjustable, and Great for Bird Training
This training T-perch stand is very useful for exercising and interacting with my bird. I like that the height is adjustable from 15 to 39 inches, making it suitable for different training sessions or for birds of various sizes. The triangle base with a water bag adds stability, so the stand doesnât tip over easily.The included feeding cups and spinning balls are a fun touch, giving enrichment while keeping the bird engaged. The perch is comfortable for my parakeet, and itâs easy to clean after use. Assembly was quick, and the lightweight design makes it easy to move around indoors.Overall, this is a sturdy and practical training perch that works well for bonding, exercise, and play. This free standing perch is best used with very small birds, such as parakeets. Yes, it comes with a vinyl ring you can fill with water and place at the base, but I donât require it for a tiny parakeet or two.It is several pieces that telescope upward and lock in place. The wood dowels didnât come with instructions but they are easy to figure when you note the ends that have embedded hardware. The bottom of the stand is 3 are umbrella type fold out legs. This is very much like a portable music stand. It is very lightweight.The food cups that come with it are useless and too deep for a tiny bird, plus that spring clip type attachment has been known to injure birds. I will not be using it.At its tallest point the stand is about 4â tall. The dowels included are wood, but smooth, not natural. Two of the 4 have linear grooves and the other 2 are smooth. The toy at the top perch is 4 plastic balls with bells inside. My birds have never had this type of toy, so Iâm not sure if they will play with it.I have managed to attach a large, shallow feed bowl to the upper dowel. At this point my birds are still afraid of the stand, but Iâm hopeful they will eventually enjoy it.I have also added to my stand, a large seed catcher tray (another VINE item) that was meant for an outdoor feeder pole, with a larger diameter, but I rigged it to make it work.$20 is the most Iâd pay for this item. So if you get it with a coupon, then thatâs even better.

Very unstable and definitely needed the water pouch on the bottom
Well it has been advertised for various sizes of birds, this is definitely for parakeets or smaller. Even my cockatiel had trouble and the purchase were pretty thin Dowel rods. Quite easy to assemble and while it work is not sturdy at all. Definitely even needed to fill the gray couch water to keep it stable, but even then it wobbled when my cockatiel flew around it landed on it. The other ones with a wider base seem to be better suited. That’s the trade-off between getting one that is smaller versus larger. The larger of footprint one is also taller. Overall, I’ll spend a few extra dollars versus this one to get the larger of the print unless your space is confined. Value get the larger footprint one. Appearance is fine if small footprint.

Excellent bird stand
Good quality bird stand. My son’s bird loves sitting on the window seal, but ends up pooping everywhere! Now, we can set this up by the window for him with a puppy pad underneath to catch his mess! And bonus he gets to eeat there, too, now. Enjoying his food with a view!
