My parrot loves this toy! The spinning perch keeps him entertained for hours, and the chewable parts are perfect for his beak. Itâs well-made and fits nicely in his cage. Iâve noticed heâs more active and playful since I added itâhighly recommend for small to medium birds!

A few adjustments and embellishments for cockatiels and small conures
New bird owners may not realize how powerful a parakeet’s beak is or how easily their nails, toes and beaks can get caught in jingle bell slots and hooks used for hanging. I prefer larger bells and quick links screw type hooks for my cockatiel and small conure toys. If you feel the same, good news is, you can easily bend the wire on both ends of the toys to replace bells and hanging hooks.The toys themselves have a great assortment of foraging and beak trimming parts. The favorite with my birds so far is the perch! It can be hung inside under the top of cage or on top of the cage, providing a place to perch and stretch their wings outside of their cage. I plan to place cardboard rings around the center pole of the perch for added chewing fun. I have a few ideas of how to embellish the perch with the other toys provided in this set. Simply replace the hang hook with a 1″ or larger O ring to slide over the center dowl of the perch. Watch your birds climb and preen the toys and it will save some space in the cage itself.

Great perch for our birds’ gym!
Works great!!! Our birds love it, it’s a great add-on to our birds’ gym. When the birds come up to the spinning perch, it doesn’t move uncontrollably. It’s a steady perch but can turn if you push it. It might be because budgies are very light to actually cause it to spin. It’s sturdy, unique, attractive, and a really great perch!

Great for birds who love to shred
These are good quality toys. All are easy to install and look cute. My bird is currently terrified of all of them and takes some coaxing for her to get on the spinning perch. All of these have materials she loves to shred, though, and I’m sure they’ll be in pieces once she gets over her fear.The spinning perch has some yarn-like material wrapped around each post; some people don’t particularly like that, so I thought I’d point that out. The toy with the paper shreds has a little loofah in the middle that my bird has been wary of. She’s played with the bells a few times but runs away afterwards.If you don’t have a particularly shy bird, I think these would be perfect for a chewer/shredder. They’re small-ish, so I wouldn’t give these to anything bigger than a cockatiel.
