Great ladder
My young parrot loves these steps He went over to it as soon as I put it in his cage. He needed some extra steps so I came across this and was worried that I might have to send this back but I was wrong. You do have to put this together. It was fairly easy. It’s very good quality and sturdy for a small or medium bird. My little canary winged parakeet parrot likes to play at the bottom of cage and since he’s still very young it can be hard for him to climb as he is getting better at climbing so another ladder will help. If you are looking for a cage ladder then this is the one

Bird ladder
My bird loves this ladder. He uses it to climb, sleep on, and even rubs his beak on the abrasive steps. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Works exactly as it should. Well worth the price.

Piece of junk!
Utter garbage! When the bird spils it and you try to clean it off, ALL THE TEXTURE ON THE PERCHES COMES OFF. WASTE OF MONEY.

A good choice for geriatric parrot
This perch ended up being my African Greyâs favorite perch in the last year of her life. As she lost strength, the perch made it easier for her to climb to a higher level in the cage so she could see out the window she loved. Itâs a little smaller than it looked to me, but very easy to climb on and perch on. She could even stand on one perch and rest her upper body on another because of the way the perch is curved. Charlie lived to a ripe old age and I miss her like crazy, but this perch made her more comfortable.

I use this in my rats’ cage to help keep their nails less sharp. They have fun climbing on it and have not chewed it beyond a few test nibbles.

Ladders are a favorite for the bird. This S shape ladder was hard to put together- not sure why they don’t sell it already put together- anyways the screw holes were not level so had to make new ones and well after much work installed it and she flew on it once and no more.The green color is pretty and cheerful and the perches are really rough so maybe that’s why she didn’t fly back on it. Sensitive soft feet.Kind of pricy over $16 but it’s wood so I thought it would last and be a fun addition to her cage.It has one platform I think it needs two one at each end. Overall 3 stars.

I got this for my rats cage. I have 3 very fat boys n this is very stable n sturdy. I just ordered another one. I also got the ramp that one isn’t as sturdy and has some bend to it so I will be replacing it with the stairs.
