Great Toy, Just Not Tough Enough for My Dogs
This toy is super cute and well-made with soft, durable fabric. I loved the idea of it being stufflessâless mess and safer for aggressive chewers. The squeakers worked great and definitely caught my dogsâ attention.Unfortunately, it just didnât stand a chance with my pups. Theyâre heavy chewers and tore through it pretty quickly. That said, I still think itâs a great toy for gentler dogs or for supervised play. If your dog isnât a power chewer, this could be a fun and safe option!

No stuffing to worry about
If you have a dog that just tears apart a toy in order to pull out the stuffing and then you have to watch to be sure he doesn’t swallow that fluff, this is a great alternative! just put an empty plastic water bottle in it and let him go to town. The beak got torn off almost right away, but the feet and wings are still on–yay! You can replace the water bottle when it no longer crunches satisfactorily and you don’t have to worry about stuffing either being swallowed or strewn all over the place. This has become one of our rhodesian ridgeback/american staffy mix’s favorite toys.

A new family member brings a new personality, and toys that were favorites for other dogs don’t share the same appeal for your new little one. After a week or so of seeing what off-limit items caught our new (15 lb) one-year-old’s eye, I ordered a pack of four of these in size small. They were just the ticket. They do become well-loved/worn after a few weeks, but their price point makes this hunter-gatherer happy as well. Just about the time my pup is losing interest, it’s time for a replacement anyway. A new one from my stash starts the frenzy again. We use these as inside-only toys, and for me, they are a bargain. For a larger rough-playing dog, they would likely not be suitable. Check out Outward Hound for aggressive chewers. Their squeaky, stuffless construction, durability/lasting squeaker, and washability is fantastic. These check all the boxes for both me and my pup.

cat love them too
My cats absolutely love these. Finding something stuffless was important. The small size is perfect for them. They carry them around the house and even toss them in the air for themselves. The squeakers quickly died but they’re cats with sharp teeth so that’s to be expected but while they worked it was a great added bonus because it brought them so much joy to hear the squeeks.

Nice duck, but NOT for chewers!
This is a nice toy with squeakers in bill and tail area. I should have known better as my 3 year old Yorkie “Finn” goes nuts over squeakers. But I gave it a try. I gave it to him about 10 minutes after it came today. He ran in the bedroom and I heard squeaking noises. But the duck was on my living room floor! He tore one ear off and was able to get the plastic squeaker out of the bill of the duck. I had fun getting that back. Anyway I cut the other squeaker out and let him have the duck. I am not knocking this item but please consider your dog’s aggression level. It would have been great for a calmer or maybe older dog. Also always watch them with this type toy as the plastic squeaker can be a choking hazard.

This has easily become one of my puppyâs favourite toys. A small water bottle fits snuggly but perfectly inside, making the water bottle safe to play with! Iâve added a photo of the sized bottle we used. The toy has a squeaker in both head and tail. Ferris plays with his bunny DAILY, and I have thrown it into the washing machine twice. As you can see by the photos, it still looks like new! The Velcro closure works very well, and remains tightly held together until I remove the bottle for the washing machine. My puppy has yet to open it! Also, Iâm very picky with any furry toy I buy for our dog because I donât want the toy to shed fuzz for my dog to choke on. When I pull on the fur, I do not get loose fur coming off in my fingers. All in all, a fun, well made toy that I would recommend.

They seem to be well stitched. After one day everything is still intact . Instead of using a plastic bottle in the body, I used the crinkly packing package it came in. He’s been having loads of fun squeaking, crinkling and tossing it around. Time will tell.

We bought this toy originally for our two month old puppy who is now 8 months old and this toy is still holding up. No rips or tears and the squeakers are still working.Quality is good, it’s inexpensive and it’s durable. This toy is small, it’s about 9 inches long and fairly thin and flat.It has two squeakers and is best suited for smaller breeds and young puppies.Overall this is a good dog chew toy for $7 bucks. I would recommend it for all dogs under 15 pounds in weight.
