Best prenatal for Hashimotoâs hands down!
Best prenatal Iâve tried, and Iâve tried a few! This is the best one for Hashimotoâs because it doesnât have iodine. I do a pinch of iodized salt in my water or in my food once a day and that doesnât bother my thyroid near as much. I was having swelling in my thyroid everytime I tried any prenatal with iodine. This one did give me some anxiety at first so I started slow and broke it up in half. I read that the methylated forms can be a strong sometimes because it doesnât need to be broken down by your body, so starting slow seemed to best. So far no digestive issues, gives me a little energy, and only one pill a day! Also love that it has no iron and that it can be added when and if needed.

The Perfect Prenatal Vitamin for Those Sensitive to Iron and Iodine!
I’ve been using the Best Nest Wellness Mama Bird Prenatal Vitamin for several months now, and I am so glad I found this product! As someone who is sensitive to iron and iodine, itâs been challenging to find a prenatal vitamin that meets my needs without causing any discomfort. This iron-free and iodine-free formula is exactly what I was looking for.The ingredients are top-notch, with Methylfolate as the form of folate, which is much easier for the body to absorb and utilize. I love that this product uses high-quality, bioavailable nutrients, which gives me peace of mind knowing that Iâm getting the best possible nutrition for myself and my baby. The vitamins are easy to swallow and donât have any unpleasant aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate that they are free from synthetic fillers and additives, making them a clean and healthy choice. Iâve noticed that my energy levels are more stable since taking these, and I feel confident that Iâm supporting my pregnancy with the right nutrients. If youâre looking for a high-quality prenatal vitamin without iron or iodine, I highly recommend the Best Nest Wellness Mama Bird Prenatal Vitamin. Itâs a fantastic option for anyone with specific dietary needs or sensitivities, and the thoughtful formulation really makes a difference.

ONLY vitamin w/AVAILABLE nutrients at this level and range
I see that this product got a lot of 5 stars. Seems like most products would get some 4s in there, but after researching, getting, and using this product I can see exactly why everyone is giving it 5 stars. Not only is this the best product I’ve ever seen, it’s the ONLY product THE ONLY product like this on the market.I am a heavy researcher when it comes to products like this. Before taking the BEST vitamin from Best Nest Wellness, I wouldn’t even consider taking a mutli or prenatal vitamin because their very makeup defeats the actual purpose of taking them. Most vitamins, even the ones that sound great — organic, raw, etc. — don’t have this level of quality. There is just not any other product with this level of nutrient density ***that is also bioavailable.*** When you know better, you do better. And now I know better.Aside from NOT including all the things that most multi and prenatal vitamins do, they DO include the things that I really need, not just to prepare my body for the third child I am wanting to conceive in the future but to heal my gut and nourish my whole body in a way that is actually healthy. Many people don’t realize there’s a problem with folic acid because as women we’re told that’s the way to go.I have been avoiding EVERY OTHER vitamin because they don’t consider/have the things this vitamin does like:1. methyfolate — don’t want to get into the rabbit hole of info, but this is ABSOLUTELY KEY for the methylation process, which is vital for most major functions in the body, folks who have MTHFR issues, gut issues, skin problems, inflammation, chronic pain….this is needed and hard to find outside of consuming massive amounts of fresh, uncooked greens (to the order of 3 x day and that’s hard for me to fit in as I would like).2. methylcobamin — vitamin B12, another vital and tricky to get nutrient — deficiency is related to Chron’s, celiac/wheat sensitivity, gastritis, lupus and reflux that gets people popping TUMS all day.3. probiotics — if we don’t have the gut bacteria then we are not getting any nutrients. Other multi and especially prenatal vitamins completely overlook this and pack in a bunch of non-bioavailable nutrients and then exclude probiotics on top of it.So, after my research to find things wrong or missing in this product that would preclude me from taking this and finding it had everything I really wanted and was having trouble getting (in an bioavailable way), and after trying it for myself to see how it would really work in my day to day, I am super into this product. I was completely prepared to look into it and say, “yeah yeah, but I won’t be taking it.” Now I actually feel relief that I have a source that my body can assimilate because it helps me when my life is full and I’m not keeping up with the amount and type of foods that I need to when not taking a vitamin. Whew! A real relief….What can I say? I know why it’s getting 5 stars, and I’m a raving fan. This is a ridiculously good product. And I agree with the other reviewer that I didn’t expect the bottle to be so aesthetically pleasing!

Caused intense stomach pain and cramping
This is the second time I’ve tried this product. The first was month 1 of my pregnancy. It hurt my stomach but I figured it was morning sickness mixed with a big vitamin. Now I’m 4 months post partum and decide to try it again for breast feeding help. I took it on a full stomach with 1 day in between and every time it hurt my stomach. Something isn’t right.

Thank God for iodine free
This is the only iodine free prenatal I could find. All other prenatals contain an ungodly amount of synthetic iodine, which is bad for the thyroid. I donât even have thyroid issues, never have, yet on my previous brand of prenatal my TSH was through the roof and my doctor was about to diagnose me with hypothyroidism and put me on meds. Sure enough, I switched to this prenatal without the FAKE synthetic iodine and my TSH went back to normal within 2-3 weeks!!!!!! I also got pregnant 2 months later!!!! I canât recommend enough, especially for those of you sensitive to iron and iodine. It is possible to overload on both of those!!!

PRENATAL GOLD
Just watch my review video. I can’t stress enough just how much higher quality these are compared to all the other brands I’ve tried. I have the blood test results to prove that these are superior for absorption on top of being iron & iodine free. I couldn’t ask for a better prenatal!! And my nails are so strong!! I saw my fertility doc right after ovulation and my TV-ultrasound showed that I’ve got optimal lining. Everything is looking better than ever!!.My one & only complaint is the Vitamin A. They only use half beta carotene, when the entire source should be beta carotene. That’s all!
