Customers say
Customers find the bird feeder station to be of good quality, easy to assemble, and very good value for money. They appreciate its attractive black wrought-iron look and the variety of feeders included, with one customer noting the different stations for various foods and birds. However, the sturdiness receives mixed feedback – while some find it sturdy, others report issues with the pole being wobbly. Additionally, durability is a concern as multiple customers report the pole breaking during use.

Good product, great customer service
I bought this for the shepherds crook feature, not as a bird feeder but to hang my seasonal outdoor wood craft items and as it turns out it’s almost ideal for that. It can be a used for a variety of light weight items. The hooks are sturdy enough, but the pole might have a problem with heavier items, especially in windy conditions. The quality is good for what it’s designed for, supporting light weight items. The spiral finial at the top adds a touch of elegance. The sections of the pole slip together and lock in with a spring loaded button. There are 2 sets of hooks with 2 hooks on each set and 2 single hooks and I like that all of them are adjustable. The rings that attach the hooks to the pole slide on easily but at still close enough to not have a lot of slop and they secure with thumb screws. The feeder arrive with one missing piece. Contacting Customer Service was a bit of trouble. I tried to go to the website listed in the assembly instructions and got a Error 1001, DNS resolution error. It took some tinkering and I finally had to log off my VPN and disable my security extensions before the website would load. I finally was able to contact Best Choice Products via email and from that point on their customer service was outstanding. I received a reply within an hour and after a couple of email exchanges they resolved the problem. All of this was on the 23rd. The replacement arrived today (8/26)Between the price, the quality and the outstanding customer service I highly recommend this shepherds crook pole. I will keep this in mind when I need another pole for more wood crafts.

Love this feeding station and feeders
This is my second feeding station, my first one did not come with feeders, but I liked it so much I wanted another one. Pros: Assembly: Easy to put together in just minutes, no tools, the only tools we used was a mallet to get it into our rocky ground but the 4 stakes helps wth support. Multiple hooks (more than my other one) 6 adjustable hooks and two adjustable bowls (1 mesh and 1 plastic) that all fit on pole with bracket and screw to hold in place. Looks: Great for price range, black wrought-iron look. Feeders: it comes with 4 feeders all in matching black, the tube feeder is small, but not a big deal, I try to only fill my feeders as much as needed each day bc of other thieves in the night (raccoons, bears, possums, etc lol) I did buy a seed tray to fit on the bottom of the tube feeder to make it more bird friendly, also a suet cage, wire feeder and a larger holed feeder for whole peanuts, but if you don’t like the feeders, they are basically free considering the price, you could hang your own and hang these elsewhere. Price: Great value for the price! I looked for the cheapest one I could find with free shipping while it’s identical to higher priced ones. Cons: My other station had the coiled hooks that to me were a little easier to adjust and more aesthetically pleasing, but definitely not a deal breaker. The one thing I’m disappointed with is the mesh bowl, it is not removable from the bracket, so you cannot clean it. I love the mesh bowl and so do my birds. My other one is removable and I always dump the spent hulls or wet seed as needed; I have no idea of how I will clean this one, I tap the bottom to knock the hulls out, but of course loose my seed and make a mess underneath (I do feed ground eating birds so not much to waste and of coursethis leaves some fire the squirrelsand raccoons, etc.) but wet seed will be another story. But all in all I really do like this station and I would recommend with just a note about the mesh feeder.

Very nice feeder but doesn’t withstand squirrels!
Overall this is a really nice feeder for only $42 especially since it includes all the various feeders for different types of seeds/food but it is not squirrel proof!I put this up on a Wednesday late afternoon and by Friday afternoon one piece was completely broken and on the floor because I have massive, starving squirrels in our apartment complex apparently. The squirrels were chewing off part of the black plastic that has the bird perches because they were using that to grip on to as they devoured the food inside the tube. I originally was like “oh it’s a little bit of plastic, whatever it’s still fine” and that was on Thursday afternoon. When I came home from work Friday, that same tube was on the ground broken into 3 pieces and another piece that didn’t even have food in it yet was all jostled on it’s hook.Putting the stand together was really easy and overall it’s well made and for birds it would be perfect. It should hold a variety of small birds looking for food or water but if you have ravenous squirrels then you may want to pass on this.I’m letting my dad have my feeder so hopefully it works better for him.

Great feeders, especially for the price!!
Perfect for someone like me who is indecisive on what kind of feeder to buy and has a lot of birds to feed!! It’s been crazy popular! So far I’ve had cardinals, blue jays, brown trashers, boat-tailed grackles, grasshopper sparrows, dark-eyed juncos, and a whole bunch of crows! One thing to be mindful of is that this is NOT A SQUIRREL PROOF FEEDER as advertised. That’s fine for me because I love feeding squirrels but they’ve easily been able to scurry up the pole from the ground and they also jump from the tree to the top. You might be able to have better results if you keep it far away from trees and put the platform feeders higher up on the pole, but personally, I would look elsewhere if I cared about squirrel-proofing.It is CRAZY easy to assemble. I was really worried about the sturdiness because the points where it snaps together seem wobbly, but there haven’t been any issues, even with the squirrels climbing it and jumping on/off it, so I’m very happy with the sturdiness overall.

Worth the money!
My birds love this! Iâve have all different types of birds, it makes it easy for multiple birds to use at once. It can easily hold a variety of different types of seed. Itâs very sturdy, itâs gone through multiple storms and itâs still standing perfectly. It works great!

Got this for a good price so I had no problem stending the time to modify it to suit my location.Peanut cage has wire grid too big and peanuts can fall out. So I use the suet cage for peanuts and vis versa. Screwed peanut butter and costo nuts lids to bottom of feeder as birds dump too many seed to the ground. Okay if you have a lot of ground feeders. Drilled fine holes in outer edge of water tray as it is used for Niger seed and catches suet cake crumps. Added DIY squirrel guard. Finally added a PTZ WIFI net camera for friends to enjoy the birds.
